My friend caste is OBC christian, He is in love with Reddiar girl. They both r in love for 3 years and plan to get married, but the girl parents r not accepting him due to caste issue. I have some query regarding this issues:
1. Can my friend change to reddiar caste?
2. After marriage he can change the caste?
Pls give me proper suugestions for my friend to marry Reddiar girl?

Can a registered Society conduct a Governing Body meeting through video conferencing. If yes will those members who participate through video conferencing be counted as part of the quorum.

1.One private finance company has put my name in place of guarantor and sending me notice to repay the car loan taken by some un known person.
2. When I came to know, I reply to the advocate of company that I never give any gurantee to the said person.
3. Meanwhile I received a notice from finance company about appointment of an arbitrator I replied that I am not a party as I never give any document or my concern for any loan or guarantee. but just after 5 to 7 days I received a letter from arbitrator that he put hearing of above case at *th feb and ask to appear me in personal or trough counsellor. If I not appear before him he will pass an ex party order.
My questions are
1. Should I appear before arbitrator even I am not a party as I never give any gurantee of above said loan?
2. If arbitrator pass any order against me than how and where can I challenge his order?
3. Can I deny to appear before him?
4. What action can I take against finance company and borrower also?
5. How can I take stay against arbitration procedure?
6. any other remmedy?
7. What I have to do now?

Hello,
Last week i have given documents for personal loan, the person saying from yes bank. I have sent soft copy documents. Now tried the same number and it shows the number is out of service. I doubt these people are fake. Can you please advice the steps to be taken.

Dear Sir, I am from Palakkad, Kerala. I got a job in Kuwait and as per Kuwait rule I need to undergo medical test assigned by their agency (Khadamat). So I went to Khadamat I gone to one of the local Medical clinic (Medivision) in cochin, Kerala. But after the test, I was declared unfit by Medivision Clinic and khadamat (Authorized agency for medical test for Kuwait) due to some problem in X-ray (Apical pleural thickening). But same day I done X-ray from one of the reputed hospital in Cochin and Consultant radiologist told I am perfectly fine. He gave me FIT certificate. Immediately I contacted the agency they asked me to do CT test of chest at a hospital chosen by them (Lakshmi hospital on 15/01/2018). In the CT test the problem was not detected and in the report it was mentioned that there is no evidence of Apical pleural thickening.
But they told that in chest CT they noticed heterogeneous lesion in left adrenal (Abdomen area) and so doctor from medivision clinic verbally asked me to do advanced CECT of abdomen from the same hospital which I couldn't do do because of cost and I was afraid that these test can harm my health. Also since only X-ray was required for Kuwait and in CT of chest the problem was cleared I was not ready to do more test. I even told them that I will do the test from outside but they refused and issued UNFIT certificate.
All these tests are costly and I am sure that they are asking me to do all these test for getting more commission and at the end they can declare me unfit too. I requested them to give FIT certificate but they refused. Also they didn't return original visa as I am declared unfit. Due to unfit certificate I cannot travel to Kuwait for the next 6 months.
Now since they told me a problem, I done Advanced CECT test at my place (Palakkad, Kerala) in a reputed hospital and found all clear. So they issued me FIT certificate. I have all copies of test results with me.
I want to know whether I can move legally against Medivision clinic and Khadamat agency for loosing my job? Also they are doing same for so many candidates like me. So I want to make sure that they should be punished for it and don't repeat it in future. I request urgent help in this matter. I am ready to meet any advocate in Cochin for further discussion.

I am a government employee of grade c post. I have applied for housing loan.due to urgent need I have taken rs 150000 from my brother for const of house by account transfer. After one month my housing loan has been sanctioned. I have refunded that amount by cash. How can I prepare the documents legally. May I prepare the documents as a gift from my brother.

Dear Sir,
My son was born in Chiplun Maharashtra and we got a birth certificate issued from the concerned municipality. Now the issue is the birth certificate is issued with only the Child's first name. We live in Kerala and this birth certificate is not accepted in Kerala as they need it with full name. It seems all the document related to child will be updated with his first name only and not full name.
How can we change the name in the birth certificate to childs full name, also the mothers name also should be changed to her maiden name. Please help us with the procedures to be followed.

Haryana society annual filling issues
Dear Sir,
I was trying to submit annual return for the year 2016-17 but when i am trying to update first step and press on continue it show a error message that " update update List of Members as submitted for the previous year ending March :2016".
we are filling annual return for first time on online portal, so please guide us on following issues:
1. how to update list of members as on 31st march,2016.
2. how to file returns and other documents for 2015-16.
please note we take re new of registration under current law 2012 on 14th aug,2013.
