Hi,
We have a factory by name xyz .The land is located in government industrial area. It has 4 partners having equal share of 25% each. But as per the government the first partner should have 50% share and also partnership deed is done as per government which says first partner should be 50%.
But in reality we have invested equal i.e. 25% share for the factory, but in partnership deed it is 50% for the first partner.
How should we make legal documents which says all have invested equal in the factory but due to government rule we have made the first partner as 50%. Which in reality all are 25% owners.

My self Aadya from Mumbai.
My issue is on credit card payment.
Sometime back I had opened a joint account with my friend(room mate) with ICICI Bank since we were doing a small business of birthday party set ups. The bank issued us two credit cards with a limit of 1 L together.
All was fine until sometime back when my friend got married and moved out.However she still continued to use the credit card and ran up a bill of approx 40 K.
She is now refusing to pay this amount and the bank is after me to pay the amount even after explaining them multiple times that the transactions were done on my friends card only without I being aware.
The bank is insisting that I pay as I am the primary holder and adding penal interest daily on the same every month.
Right now I dont know where my friend is as she has changed her numbers and not replying on mail.
What should I do.

1) I wanted to know an employee of a co-operative Society can be a President or hold a position in another Society?
2) Can a Society be under another Society?

In society building in Mumbai, there are earmarked guest parking where visitor can park their car. Society intends to charge visitors parking charges on hourly basis just like we may in malls, etc after taking approval from General Body. Is this doable by the Society?

I am a govt medical officer in west Bengal.recently I have attended to a sub division court for medical witness.after wittness I have signed in a blank paper in court and sign attendance register. Why signature in blank paper. Is it rule? I can't understand why this is?

My father passed away on 4 years back. He has taken Rs. 2 lakhs of business loan from one of the nationalised bank (IOB) at 2013. After one year he was expired. For this loan my father's friend was signed as guarantor.
The bank has debited 20,000+ from my fathers saving account, once his death news heared. After that they approached me and my father's friend for settled the remaining amount. But both are very bad situation at that time, so we are leave it. Last year bank sent advocate notice to my father (old address) and his friend but i do not aware it because am searching job. Now they sent Lok Adalat summon to both. my father's friend called me and appear on court for lok adalat. But on that my mother was not well so i didn't go, he only went and appear on court and submit death certificate my father. After this he called me and told the judge could not accept my words he told the blood relation should be appear otherwise we have to appeal suit his blood relation or appeal a search warrant against them. I don't know his friend telling truth or lie. Now he also threatening us and asked to appear on next heiring.
What action the bank will do further? What i will do next? Few months back only i got job with less salary and my mother also not well. Please help me.

one of my friend got engaged recently. now we got a news that the girl was in serious relation both physical & mental with twice the age of her and even after engagement she is continuing the same and we got the proof. Considering y friend life & she is cheating my friend and still mow she is acting as if nothing is happen. Nobody nos about this. how can i open the subject to him is there will be any problem. kindly advise me as this will totally collapse their life.
