Hi,
I live on ground floor of high rise building with extended balcony, and maximum people living above our floor are installing their AC unit outside of their respective balconies and using or covering their balconies of their own interest, now the maximum AC units are outside and their direction goes down straight to my extended balcony where my kids play or our daily movements as the balcony is extended I dont think they have taken any kind of permission and I feel major safety issue here, i have requested them many times to pl. install their AC outer unit inside of their respective balconies where it should be but noone is hearing my plea. Does it consider illegal if yes then how i should proceed since i feel major safety issue. Thanks pl help

Hai Dear Friends
Actually I Lost My Gold Ornaments Due To Theft Happened At My Home Premises When Our Family Members Went For Outstation For Emergency Purposes. We Complained The Police People N After Some Time They Got The Chor N Recovered Our Belongings.
Now The Court Is Asking Solvency Certificate For Surrendering Our Articles.
What Is Solvency Certificate N Who Should Give It N Where Can Get The Info.
Kindly Guide Me Further Iam Not Able To Handle N Not Being Happily For No. Of Times Visiting Legal Coordinators.
What Will Be Happens If We Were Not Able To Surrender The Concern Certificate.

Dear Sir,
My relative changed her name in 2006 after completing all legal requirements (gazette published in Aug 2006). Subsequently, she is known by her new name and the documents obtained after Aug 2006 such as PAN, Driving license, Adhar, Bank account, Voter id are in the new name. However, the academic certificates (10th class to post graduation certificates), which are very old (issued during 1994 to 2002 i.e. prior to 2006), are in the old name.
Last year, she admitted in a university for higher education and enrolled with new name. After completing annual examination, the university has denied to issue Certificate in new name stating that the student's name cannot be changed in the University record as she has not changed her name in the academic certificates (10th class to post graduation certificates). The university directed the student first to change her name in the academic certificates (10th class to post graduation certificates) then come to university for correction.
In this regard, my queries are as under:
1) Can university deny to issue certificate in new name even after having all legal documents required for name change, as all other authorities mentioned above considered the same and issued the documents in new name?
2) Whether issuance of certificate by university in old name, which no longer exist, would be invalid?
a clarification in regard to above from legal expert will be highly solicited.

Sir,
I joined as regular specialist doctor through upsc from waiting list general category with marks 62. Another candidate joined before me from regular selected candidates OBC category with marks 48. His date of joining is before me and was from first list. My date of joining later but marks more from reserve waiting list.
Sir, who will be senior?
I have read that even from waiting list the seniority is decided on basis of marks obtained in same upsc test.
Will be grateful for your answer.

Sir,
I joined Delhi Gov as doctor in 2009 on annualy renewable contract. I was on contract till 2015. i was regularly getting annual increments and pay scale. During my contract job i got selected through UPSC and i gave a technical resignation in same hospital same post .
But on joining through UPSC as Specialist on same post, my pay was started again from basic start. So, I lost all the increments.
I gave a representation for pay protection 3 months after joining.One representation i have given recently.
At the same time some doctors were not selected on regular basis and continued on contract. Their pay remained higher than me with all increments.
After 7th pay commission my pay is approx 20k less than those on contract.
My question is - 1) Am I eligible for pay protection?
2) How can those who joined with me , but did not get regular , get more pay than me?

Myself Vijaykumar in village my father save the money with Unregistered Chits Agents in village. In this chits 3 are the agents, the chits auction ended in 2012-13. They total amount receivable is Rs.105000/-. The 3 agents agreed to pay 35000/- each one orally. 2 agents paid as per their promise. But one of the agent given 9000/- out of 35000/-. Now he is saying that I don't have any responsibility, there is no evidence, I am not a agent and other bad words. Can you help me How I approach legally.

Hello sir,
Me & my husband both working in different PSU in an executive cadre from technical background. Where my husband posted in ranchi & I posted in Assam. I had applied for transfer but not yet received. The problem is that, my company has no office in the said station i.e. vice versa for him. Other than this, our company have offices in Kolkata but not having technical vacancies only having non-technical posts. Though , I’m ready to change my job nature .Due to this reason, my management not yet consider my request.
Please give me proper legal advice on which basis I apply for legal basis spouse background transfer.

Personal loan
Hi , Please help me here.
I am digital media profession also run a business. I got a call offering personal loan. As I was interested I agreed to it.
The amount i needed was 25 lac. Agent reached out to me asked for my required documents and asked me signs multiple agreements. Then the verification happened at my work place and home address and i started receiving calls that my loan is sanctioned. I started receiving funds from multiple banks and the amount summed up to 30 lac.
Now this 2 of the banks have called me after weeks and informed me that i have multiple funding and as per my salary i am not eligible for the loan. As i had received extra funds i returned it to one of the banks after utilizing the rest of funds.
The other bank (ADITYA BIRLA CAPITAL) has said the same thing and i explained them the situation This guys accuse me of being fraud. After a discussion at my work place we agreed with one of the senior to pay the EMI's as schedule.
Now one of this guys is paying me visit at my office and is forcing me refund the amount. I have asked his senior to drop a mail of discussion and I have agreed to pay EMI's on email.
The point I am trying to bring here is this guy who's visiting and now mentally harassing me at my work premises. Do I have a legal way to pass through this. This guy never calls me and whenever visits my place say he called up but I missed the call(which never happens).
I am afraid my Job will be in the line of question because of this.
As I understand I have opted for personal loan which I have received after this guy’s followed their procedure. Please let me know the best I can do to deal with this.
Adding to this i have not even entered my EMI cycle. My 1st EMI start from May'18.
