Dear Sir/madam,
My Father is having a Shop on rent from approx 40 years and contentiously paying rent on time. 3 Landlord changed during this period.
Now Current Landlord have lodge the case for leaving the shop.
This shop is only the source of income of our family.
Owner is having so many land and buildings but they have register this shop with name of his daughter thats why the case is made so strong as they said to the court that this shop will be the source of income of my daughter.
We have appointed a lawyer but seems to be very weak.
Please suggest some thing.
Hi, I have been having mobile internet issue with Airtel from past a year and I escalated but still no resolution.
Is it possible to file a complaint in consumer court for inconvenience, no proper service and resolution. What is the procedure and risk involved

Dear Sir,
first of all sorry for the inconvenience cause for the previous attempt
Humne hamari sister ki shaadi ke samay pe sab kuch sahi hua all was wonderful par shaadi ke samay aur uske baad me ladke aur maa ki tabiyat kharab ho gayi thi means they both where unconscious about them and his mother was doing all the things in bed only, when we have told she refuses that ki all is this of god unbelief in god (mata ayee hai mata) aur jab hum logo ne bola tab jagar doctor ke paas lekar gaye, baki roj unke ghar pe bajan lagake natak hote hai
Now when we have told for divorce they are telling that you have not given us anything and other thing is that ki ladka toh kuch bool hi nahi raha hai aur woh sister ko lene ayaa bhi nayi, he is nothing bother of her anything

Dear law experts,
My father (current age 60) has been allotted a flat in Mhada lottery 2017. Accordingly, he needs to furnish family income proof for period 1st April 2016 to 31st March 2017. However, he was retired on 31st July 2016. He is getting pension since then.
For the above mentioned 12 month period, my father's pension income and my mother's income (together considered as "Family Income") is actually compliant with the Mhada income threshold. However, we are not sure what all documents we need to provide to substantiate that.
Appreciate all the advice. Thanks in advance.

I filed a dv case on which hearing on 16 may 2018 was for misc. Arguments on interim maintence on which my husband said that he cant pay because he is working on contract in college and he is earning
70, 000rs per month. On next date for the order on application for inerim maintenace he was absent .. i m living on rent with my mother and brother and i am not working.
If court orders for interim maintenance and my husband deny to pay.. then what should i do?
Pre payment charges on cc limit by yes bank
I am having a proprietorship firm registered with MSME. I have a limit of 1.4 cr (1 crore fund base and 40 lac non-fund base) by Yes Bank. I wants to change my bank from Yes Bank to HDFC Bank. For this bank is charging 2% pre-payment charges. At the time of opening bank account with CC limit facility in the year 2013, my limit was 55 lacs. My sanctioned letter was issued in 2013, 2% pre-payment penalty clause was mentioned on 55 lacs, after that limit renewed every year. Now bank is asking for- closure charges on whole amount of 1.4cr. I have heard about new circular from RBI, if any firm is MSME registered firm, no pre-payment charges applicable ?? Kindly help me with a solution so that i can change my bank and gets my property papers back from bank.
