My Friend registered legal practioner of Bombay & Goa Bar Council. He want to practice as a Tax Practioner with his Legal Practice. Can it be possible for him to practice in both fields simultaneously Without surrendering his Bar registration?

Dear Members,
whether in Consumer case Panal Order passed by the District Forum under section 27 may suspend by the same Forum. However in amendments there is a provision for appeal.

Under the SRFA Act 2002, secured creditors can take possesion of secured assetstheir charged to them for realisation of their dues. My query is when the asset is put to sale through public auction what is the time gap that is required to be maintained between the date of publication of sale and the actual sale ie whether it would be proper if a sale notice is published on say 17-3-2009 and the sale is conducted say on 30-3-2009?

sir i gave rs 6000/ to a person in kanpur he gave me a cheque but now cheque is bouncing i intimated him but he says that even law can not takeout ths moey from him now iam in bhuj and ib job so i cant go to kanpur as he gave me the cheque of kanpur juridictiondate. Date of cheque given is 1 jan 09 pls guide me .

i own a residential flat in a co-operative society in pune. i would like to state that i hv been using it as an office since the day of possession and the same is the case with many other members right from day 1 of the formation of the society. due to certain ego problems the newly elected managing committee members are trying to levy a penalty on such use of residential premises for official purposes.
i shall appreciate it if u could cite certain caselaws in our favour.
