co-operative bank ltd

sir,

i have a taken a loan that from a co-operative bank, that i stand a guarantee to wife and , my wife is guarantee to me. loan amount granted was rupess 15,000 each which i s taken in the year 0f 2006 and my wife amount was paid upto rs. 10000/- and thereafter due to family and finfancial problem we were not able to pay the emi as per it and just 3 months back some two person from bank had come to recovery the money and i said i dont have any job with me know and you give me some months time which i will pay it, they started harassing an threatning us that they will take our all house itmes and caution if you wont pay in one week times but we could not arrange the amount and again the bank recovery people they all about 10 to 12 persons came on sunday morning and started asking us that are u going to close one account that is the amount of rs. 12000/- already we have paid 12000 and balance hase to be another 3000 plus about 3000 insterest. when we said know we dont have anything with us and i told them also earlier itself to give 2 to 3 months time they said we cannot give any time one on the person order aad taken the itmes one by one and i will keep writing it and then i said you cannot do like that and show me the court orders he took out the order of 2006/2007 which of some co-operative bank court order. sir, please let me they have got any right without any court orders or anything about it and i wanted to know is ther any separate court for this banks or else anything other. sir please help me out in this regard and please suggest me and let me know that this bank people are just harassing it. before to this than i started calling my advocate but being sunday i was getting unreachazble or swithched off of the 3 to 4 advocate. when i started this, the nothing will if you call any lawer and said i will be giving you time upto 31/03/2009, if you i default then they said going auction and going to take all the things in the house about that value. please confirm me

NGO related query

An NGO is intended to be registered under the Society Registration Act. With one of the main object to provide legal advice on a pro bono basis i.e. free of cost. To provide legal opinion and guidance, to poor persons, to the poor prospective litigants to the procedure for pre-litigation settlement, with special emphasis on ADR, Para Legal Clinic, Lok Adalat and Arbitration Etc. Guidance to poor litigants for getting free legal aid. To conduct periodic legal advice camps wherein they intend to invite prominent lawyers to render legal advice to the needy. Such advice shall be given free of cost.
Proposed object clause of the NGO is as follows;
" a. To provide free legal aid to poor and indigent persons. b. To provide free legal aid to every person who has to file or defend a case and who by reason of financial incapability is unable to do so.
c. To provide guidance to the prospective litigants to the procedure for pre-ligation settlement, with special emphasis on ADR, Para Legal Clinic, Lok Adalat and Arbitration. d. To educate the mass about their legal rights. e. To organise camps, seminars, symposiums for promotion of legal education. f. To undertake consumer awareness programme. g. To file a consumer complaint before the authorities established under The Consumer Protection Act. 1986 on behalf of a consumer or member of our society. h. To provide free online legal advice and opinion. i. To undertake and provide for documentation and publication of journals, research papers and books, and use information and communication technology for knowledge empowerment and betterment of the society.”

Can a NGO run such activities? Is there any legal bar or any legal prohibition?

Rights of Consumer

Dear sir, i want to know that if a company making false declaration, (E.g. the company commits that it is providing such services, but the company has not licence to provide such services), and the consumer believing on the statement purchases the products of the company, (1)what will be the rights of the consumers?
(2)What actions a consumer can take against the company?

Please give me suggestion in this regard.
