One unmarried lady who is a govt. servent adopted her sister's daughter according to hindu rites but b4 registering adoption deed the parents of the adoptive child died in an accident. Now the department ask her the adoption deed. what remedy is avilable for the lady for registration the adoption deed?
or any other remedy for the court of law.

i open a internet a/c at sbbj bank udaipur in this a/c iam only view trangiction but not fund transfer facility but 21st feb.2010 i checked my a/c iam shocked that someone transfer 650000 rs. from my a/c threw internet irush to bank ireport to bank manager but he say that you get online fund transfer right threw online application i did not apply for this facility the bank say we are not responcible for this cheating what legliy do.

on what basis patta is generaly issued. is there any restriction to issue patta for main road property.i was said by expert that after 12 years of enjoying the property patta will be issued and if i buy the property now whether i have to wait for 12 years.

I have been staying in the flat since 2003 (re built under Mhada SRA scheme). I’m facing the leakage problem since day one. I have already submitted complaint application to the committee members but was no reply & unfortunately there are no copies kept with me. Last I had submitted the application in 2008 & committee gave me a written reply that builder is ready to do the leakage work. Two years have been passed but till date no appropriate action has been taken to solve the leakage problem & they have done the same repair work in other flats. Again I have submitted reminder letter to committee members on 2nd February 2010 with copy of application letter of 2008 along with their revert/acknowledgement letter copy. Please let me know how I can get this repair work done.

Can a Society provide certificate courses. For example a society provided courses related to indirect taxes. whether they can provide certificate to their student. also tell me is there any govering body from where we get registration for courses realted toindirect taxation.

Bye laws 69 a (ii) of co-operative Housing Society
Due to water shortage from B.M.C the society had purchased water tanker from Outside.
Now the society is charging everyone a flat rate of Rs.1400/- irrespective whether you own 1HK, 1BHK or 2BHK thro a supplementary water charge bill.This over and above the regular society bill that recovers water charges for B.M.C water using bye law 69 a(ii).
The secretary and chairman along with managing committee is of the opinion that bye law 69 a(ii)water charges is not applicable in this case. But bye law 69 a(xiv) i.e any other charges is applicable.
Hence it was decided in the extra general body meeting, where attendance was not recorded nor was the minutes. However, later a circular was passed stating the attendees and the topic discussed was passed to the members.
Is is allowed or legal to apply bye law 69 a(xiv) instead of bye law 69 a (ii)? cause, the secretary refuses to understand written communication submitted by the members to rectify the same.
What course of action can i take to rectify the anomaly?
