Respected sir what is the procedure to transfer the practicing licence from one stae to another specially for practice in high court and where the new resolution of the BCi that all law graduates must appear in the bar exam is applicable to all the advocates who enrolled in recent years or just for the freshers

Disciplinary action is for misappropriation. Can the disciplinary authority take a sympathetic view on medical grounds and pass orders imposing penalty other than dismissal?

Good Morning,
I am residing in a ground floor flat in a co-operative housing society, where there is no managing committe. It is run by administrator. There is leakage in my flat from kitchen of member who is staying above my flat. Due to leakage the water is slowly seeping in my ceiling and has already damaged my electrical fitting in my hall. There is fear of electric short circuit taking place any time in my flat.I have repeated by asked the member to carry out repair and plug the leakage. He is ignoring it since last three weeks. kindly suggest me if there is any legal remedy or legal forum to force the member to carryout repairs and rectify this situation. Hiralal Chawla

hello,
i have query behalf of my father accident.in 2003 my father was accidented with one tractor.in acc. my father's leg was injured and he are not able to walk without steek or walker.than my father not going on work propoerly my father suspended by diractors.and thare after sustain them.so, there after that gives him high pressure and 2007 he was dead by heart attack. at this date 31-5-2010 we don't getting properly insurance money how much claim we able to getting? in ahmedbad operationed to him and 1-2 year later septic in leg many rupees goes but not feeling good. and than he dead for heart attack.so what we are do.when we get caimp money tell us
my father's monthly income was 30000 and main person of our family.and today case not coming on board, and insurance company plan to settelment and not give us claim full money.
