Most of the advocates perform the role of a player who kick the ball and score a goal towards his own goal post.
Most of the cases won by the advocates are not because of their wisdom,knowledge of hard/smart work but because of the follies,retardedness and idiocy of the opponent advocate or opponent party.
Mostly when an advocate loses a cases for his own mistakes he alleges the judge for being corrupt.
An advocate who charges the client for each hearing separately is never interested in winning the case.He/she is interested in getting more and more dates because this way he/she will go on earning more and more.
What do you say ?
Mr Mahender,you are right that doing wrong tarnishes the reputation of the advocates but people are very short sighted,they do not understand the long life benefits of a good goodwill,as a property dealer should do fair dealing to get more business bit mostly they try to get a cut apart from commission.

Respected Sir,
There are two bodies in a trust. The work of one body has to be approved by the other, but the constitution of the bodies are same i.e. the members of the two bodies are same. Is that possible? even though the it has not been restricted by the bye-laws of the trust.

I was working for a school where i had signed a contract to work till 31/3/10.Due to health reason i had to stop in between and joined after a month.I recd the salary i was promised for that month and they had reduced my salary without my knowledge the next month.So i quit in the month of Feb.Now they have sent a notice which i have not recd since i have started working in another school.What is the impact if i dont recieve the notice ? WHAT IS THE NEXT STEP I HAVE TO TAKE?

In a case a public officer has put his signature on a record on a date on which he even had not joined the office. This happened due to manipulation of the record in one day. regarding that I need some information like -
On which date he joined the office?
Apart from this shall I ask whether that signature belong to him?

Hello Everyone,
I am getting calls from some village mens regularly from 2 days. Most of there statements are not understandable but from some of there sentences which I understood I came to know that they are convicting me for some of their stolen mobile which I haven't, and even not ever dreamt of.
I am a very busy person and some what popular in my city, I hardly get time putting my mind in these things. But these calls are really disturbing me. What can be done in such scenario, can I file a police case against them as they alleging me for a deed that I have not committed.
