Hello!!
My father has two FDs in Saraswat Bank.In one FD he has nominated my elder son but not mentioned Guardian name and other FD is jointly in the name of my father & mother.Now , subsequent to the demise of my parents ,the Bank is refusing to transfer the FD in my name.
Pl advice.

Our housing society is getting all the towers repaired and painted.
As per bye-law 13(b), a major repairs fund needs to be created by the general body on area basis for the purposes of contribution.
The Secretary without any resolution of the general body has started raising bills and moreover the bills are not on area basis.
As per bye-laws, a complaint on the matter needs to be made with the Co-operative Courts.
Please let me know as to the time limit by when I can approach the Co-operative Courts.

To cut long story short, A compromise was reached by the parties in their Arbitration case, now the very next day the opponent party changed their mind and to the arbitrator they went and said, we wish to make changes to the compromise, the claimant said I am not agreeing to opponent demands, strangely so when the Award was delivered. Some of the statements delivered by the arbitrator are as follows:
1) "This fact has not been incorporated in the compromise".
2) "This fact could not be incorporated in the compromise".
3) "This fact has been omitted in the compromise application".
Now these facts are all in favor of the opponent. The claimant had 90 days to see to it that the award had been delivered wrongfully, by getting this rectified in the lower court, it will take another life time, but this being a exceptional case, as it is clear form the Arbitrator's Award that this is one sided award and wrongfully produced. I just wanted to know what is the best possible way to get the compromise executed and pin point the unlawful statements that have been written in the Award after the compromised had been reached.

I WISH TO KNOW WEATHER JAIN'S ARE UNDER OBC CATAGORY , IF SO IN WHICH STATES AND HOW CAN I OBTAIN CERTIFICATE?.
I UNDERSTAND THAT DELHI GOVERNMENT HAS RECENTLY INCLUDED JAIN UNDER OBC CATAGORY AND I WANT TO INCLUDE IN ORISSA. SO WHAT ARE THE PROCESS AND HOW DO I MOVE AHEAD.

Sir,
I have a querry . can a lady quote her names in differnet records at same time. If not is it a not permissible in which rule or act.
1. In bank :- before marrige name.
2. In court :- after marriage name.
3. In election record:- Some other name. as certified by collector
Is lady can do it. If not under which section it is prohibited .
