a person was worked in a natioanalised bank since 2001 he was trapped on corruption charges and convicted by the lower court in the year 2003. he was terminated from service. in the year 2010, the high court accqutted him and quashed the lower court order. now, what is his postion. when he will get his employment back. what is the proceedure to be followed as per banking regulation act and bank proceedure. hewas dismised from service since he was convicted by the lower court of cbi as per br act, on the charges of corruption. now, he acquitted. plese advise him properly
the high court set aside the order of the lower court and also appeal is allowed
the appeal is allowed, and the sentence order of the lower court is set aside hence please advise him to get employement in the banking service.

Dear Friends,
Need your suggestion. I had filed an FIR at Mulbagal Police Station in Kolar Dist, Karnataka against a Bus for hitting my car and damaging the same. This happened one year back. The effect of accident was only to my car and no injuries to people.
Till date i have not received any intimation or communication regarding this FIR from police station or court. Hence wanted your advice, how to close this as i am planning to sell my car and the police have take in writing from me that i will produce the car when the court seeks for.

Can anyone tell me what are the duties and responsibilites of the Sub Register during making the sale deed.
Can he make the sale deed without seeing the previous sale deeds?
Just for the sake of revenue collection can he even sell our nation?

Hi,
I asked certain set of question from DHBVNL, Faridabad through RTI and I never received therir response then I forwarded that case to SIC, Haryana. The SIC asked DHBVNL that why they didn't send response to me. The PIO of DHBVNL produced a spped post slip to SIC and said that it should be proven through the Speed Post Slip that DHBVNL has sent ansers to me which I never received.
So I want to know that is DHBVNL agrument is legal and valid or not.

RISK OF LIFE
One of my neighbour had planted two numbers of coconut trees in his garden which is adjacent to my house. sometimes the braches of the tree (which is very heavy enough to take a life if fallen on one's body)falls on our house thereby making our lives threaten. on request the neighbour arranged to cut one tree which on cutting fell entirely on our house thus, damaging the house a lot. but now, he is not ready to cut the other one and the branches fall on our living area, which is a life threatening object for our family members. Please guide me as to what legal action can i take against him and under what laws to safeguard the life of my family members.
