Dear Sir,
I availed personal loan from some bank in the year 2009 April. Due to recession i lost my job in the year 2010 April. Due to recession i could not able to pay the emi's since from 8 months.. Now, they have sent me a Legal notice. As per their request i issued cheque at the time of Personal loan agreement . Now, with out any intimation or noitice to me they presented cheque in the bank, and it was bounced due to insufficient funds. In the Legal notice, it is mentioned that under section 138(b) they are going to take legal action incase if i not paid the full amount with in 15 days of time. 15 days back i joined in some company now i decided to pay off the amount in two months. So, I request your goodselves to give your valuable suggesstions in my case & if any advise from your side it will be highly appreciated.

i formed a partnership firm from 1/8/2010 and i provided maintanance and repairs services and i registered with service tax departmet with this service.In first year from 1/8/2010 to 31/3/2011 i crossed my exemption limit said 1500000 so can i paid service tax only on 500000 or 1500000. can i get basic exemption limit benefit from very first year or not.

I have received a summon from court directing me to appear . Is it necessary that i should personaly appear or shall i engage a lawyer to appear on my behalf .

my friend his having some personal videos n pics in his e-mail.
one of his collegue who already know his passwword forwarded tht videos n mails to everyone in college...
wht remedy can he have??
can we sue him???
as it is confirmed tht his friend only forwarded tht video??

one my friend, his father invest in KVP and put nominee as his child, now the bond matured but his father was missing since last year, no FIR was made in police station. what is a remedy to get the money from the maturty of the bond. please help us.
