In the matter of appointment, operating waiting list

Dear Sir,
Need your valuable guideline for the following matter:
Its about the appointment in Corporation.

The corporation issued an advertisement in newspaper on 28.1.2010 inviting application for the post of Assistent Manager where to be filled in one(1) from General category.
I had applied and was selected for the above post of Assistant Manager and was placed at Sr No 1 of the waiting list in the unreserved category. It was stated in this note that the waiting list would remain in force for one year from the date of publication of the list. (The waiting list was published on 28.6.2010).

By the order dated 28.6.2010 the corporation operated the select list and appointed three (one from unreserved and 2 from reserved category) persons who were selected. Thus the select list was exhausted and waiting list was to remain in operation for one year, that is to say upto 28.6.2011

However the corporation issued another advertisement in newspaper filling up the afore side post of Assistant Manager in unreserved category (my name in waiting list is also in unreserved category).

My concern is that i was selected and placed in waiting list which was to be operative for one year from the date of publication i.e. till 28.6.2011.
The earlier advertisement 28.1.2010 states that the application were invited not only for present vacant post but also for the post falling vacant in future. Thus, any post which falls vacant in future is required to be filled by a candidate of the waiting list.

Pleas help me how to go ahead??? And whats the chance of getting the job???
Please revert.
