I want to know what is the legal position in claim case if driver produce two driving licences one in claim case and second in criminal case,arising out of a same occurence.Issuing authorities of both dl are also differ.Both DL is having no any connection with each other.Insurance co. during the investigation unearth this fact and proved it on claim case file that driver has produced two different-2 driving licences in both cases claim and crl case.secondly in same situation what will be the fate of claim case in case dl on crl file found fake one,whereas DL on claim case found genuine,it is pertinent to mention here that both cases are related to same accident.Kindly advice.Regards

I am filing a claim petition us 166 of MV Act,in this case injured was treated/remained admitted for a week, in Govt Hospital as a indoor patient,but no any bill is available with injured/claimant,however he spent about 35000/- Rs. on treatment,what will be fate of my petition without medical bills,however i am in possession of treatment record.Kindly advice.Regards

Respected Sir,
I would like to get my electrical meters transfered in my name,presently in my father's name. The property was gifted to me & electrical meters are in his name. He has no objection to the same.
The electricity board has told to give a 100/- indemnity bond.
What should be the contents of the same?
Please provide me the same.

Dear Friends ,please let me know that if an indian citizen has an NRE account since 1995 and is no longer an indian citizen from 2008.Can he still operate his NRE ACCOUNT?If not what are his choices.Thanks in advance.

hi every one,,,i am a law graduate did masters in International Trdae Law fm london got married n now mother of 9 months old child,,i got lil bit experience bfr marrg in domestic law n cn draft NIA notices but not much experienced,,,i would like to know from you all that is there anything i can do related to my work(as an Adv) while sitting at home,,,is there any work from home for me,,, i need ideas i dont wanna sit at home n get frustrated i do lv my child i do tk care of my home but still feel lk to work frm home is there any site or any other thing which u know so plz lemme know,,i am get'g dull sitting at home my child needs me but to save my marrd life i want to work or my relation wid hubby will gt worst cz of my frustration,,,,plz help me,,,tell me wt i cn do plz,,,

I would like to know that how many Bank Accounts are legal for an individual. Say if a person has 10-15 Bank accounts in various banks but his income is not taxable is he doing something illegal?
