A note book was purchased from ACER and window media player in same did not function properly. the notebook was purported to be replaced with another notebook (the seal of which was broken , thus the same was accepted by consumer under protest)Now, the consumer has moved consumer forum. but the ACER avers that window media player does not not work in some computers and that the ACER does not give warranty for the same. Kindly help the consumer?? what contention he should put before the court in this regard?
Also, the fact regarding the broken seal came to notice of consumer after recieving the same but the same was recieved under observation by the consumer. Can the consumer file a criminal case of cheating against ACER pending the litigation at consumer forum?

Dear Sir,
The past elected candidates (except the secretary) of our housing society cheated us and elected the new candidates by stating that there was nobody to stand against them. They also made a request in the bank to change the signatures. So my neighbour filled a suit against them.The election was under process (3 candidates which doesn't include a secretary were elected and the rest were about to elect the next week) when the court has given a stay order on the election. The bank was also informed about the stay and they seized the accounts
After that member of the society wrote a letter to the secretary to call a general body meeting. The Secretary called a general body meeting and members in the meeting declared a new election date which was completed according to the law.
Now the problem is that we are not able to operate the bank accounts of the society because the fraud elected candidates are not ready to request the bank to change the signatures.
Please help with a solution by which we will be able to operate the bank accounts soon.

Can any one give direction in the light of act or any court order for form a governing body for education society.
1. How many member should be minimum and
maxinum
2. Who be the members.
3. Can teachers also be the member of
society.
Please provide with reference.
Because the details are not available in Society registration act. so what should we follow.

MY HUSBAND WAS INCOME TAX INSPECTOR SINCE 2002, HAVING BASIC PAY OF 6700/- AS ON 01-01-2006 IN PRE REVISED PAY SCALE OF 6500-200-10500.BY 6TH CPC HE WAS GRANTED GRADE PAY OF 4200.0N 13-11-2009, VIDE O.M. 1/1/-IC-2008(COPY ENCLOSED),INSPECTORS WERE GRANTED GRADE PAY OF 4600/- W.E.F. 1-1-06, CORRESPONDING TO PRE REVISED 7450-225-11500.NOW THOSE INSPECTORS WHOSE PAY WAS BELOW 7450/-(FOR EG. 6700/-) IN PRE REVISED BASIC, LIKE MY HUSBAND ARE DEMANDING THAT AFTER OM DATED 13-11-2009, THEIR BASIC PAY AS ON 1-1-06, SHOULD BE FIXED AS 7450*1.86+4600=18460. IS THEIR INTERPRETATION CORRECT.
PLZ RESPOND AS THIS SITUATION RELATES TO THOUSANDS OF INSPECTORS.THANK U.

The NCDRC in its daily order dt:6/9/2010 has informed we respondent to be present before the registrar in March, 2011 for fixing final date of hearing.
I as the authorised person had sent letters to the commission in Dec, 2010 as well as in Jan, 2011, explaining the difficulties and hardship we were put to, by the complainant.
As per the cause list it has been mentioned as 'For completion of pleadings'. Please kindly clarify what I have to do, as such we not in position to appoint a counsel.
