I am a qualified company secretary with distinction in executive level and cleared my all levels in one attempt, but still after one year my training is pending .
by profession i am a teacher and having good command in company, labour and securities law.

Sir,
I am a party-in-person at present I have filed a Contempt Application in APAT,Hyderabad which is in final stage. As such the respondents in CA (Original Application No.4042/2006) have filed a WP in the Hon\'ble HC,Hyderabad , suppressing the facts and got orders in WPMP against me The Hon\'ble HC suspend the APAT,Hyderabad orders. At this moment I have filed a WVMP and and vacated the previous orders of the HC In WPM But the HC directed me to approach HC for final hearing on 14-03-2011. today I have checked cause list but my name is not there.
Previously I have taken an advice of this forum

Petition under section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the counter affidavit filed in the Writ Petition No. 30547 of 2010 , the High Court may be pleased to vacate the interim order dated 20.12.2010 passed in WP MP No.38896 of 2010 in WP No.30547 of 2010.
These petitions coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petitions and the affidavit fled in Writ Petition No. 30547 of 2010, the interim order of the High Court dated 20.12.2010, made in WP MP No.38896 of 2010 and the counter and reply affidavits filed therein and upon hearing the arguments of the Govt. Pleader for Services-II, for the Petitioners in WP MP No.38896 of 2010 and Respondents 1 to 4 in WV MP No.3 of 2011 and Sri Ch. Vishnumurthy, Party-in-Person, for the Respondent No.1 in WP MP No.38896 of 2010 and Petitioner in WV MP No.3 of 2011.
The Court made the following ORDER :
“This application has been moved seeking modification of the interim suspension granted on 20.12.2010 in W.P.M.P. No.38896 of 2010.
It is stated that the vacate stay petitioner has already been promoted as a Deputy Executive Engineer, Irrigation Department and is presently working as such. If the interim order of suspension is not modified, the prospects of his getting reverted are bright.
Therefore, the interim suspension granted on 20.12.2010 in W.P.M.P. No.38896 of 2010 shall stand modified and the vacate stay petitioner’s status existing as of now as Deputy Executive Engineer shall be continued.
W.V.M.P. is ordered accordingly.
Post the writ petition for “Final Hearing” on 14.03.2011.”

You can persue your pending matter and there is no hurdle therein.
My CA has been posted for further disposal on 16-03-2011 by the APAT,Hyderabad,
Why my name is not there in Hon\'HC,Hyd cause list which is supposed to be there in.
Kindly suggest me on the above issue, it a burning problem for me because I have been struggling for this since 1983. I have been given all promotions (1) DM III Grade (2) DM II Gr. (3) DM I Gr. and (4) Dy.Executive Engineer w.e.f 2002 and as per OA filed in the year 1998, Wp filed in the year 2003 and OA in 2006

hai . i completed my ll.b in 2010 batch and i registered myself as advocate in agra (u.p) as on 31/01/2011. now i want to know what are my common rights to do signature at any where in legal capacity as an advocate and what are my common duties to remmeber. and general awareness about rules rights for practicle life as advocate.

I RECEIVED 25000/- FROM LIC AND I DEPOSITED IT INTO BANK. NEXT DAY AMOUNT IS CREDITED IN MY ACCOUNT BUT AFTER 16 DAYS BANK DEDUCTED 25000/- WITHOUT MY PERMISSION WITH EXCUSE THAT LIC SAYS TO DO IT.
NOW TELL ME IT IS ILLEGAL WHICH SECTION OF LAW & WHAT CAN I DO?

I have three product "A", "B" AND "C". Product "B" produce from product "A", Product "C" produce from Product "B".and Product "C" can directly produce from "A"
ie.A -> B -> C, & A->B , A->C
now SION for producing "B" by importing "A" is notified in SION Book. and SION for producing "C" by importing "B" is also notified. Now Can I avail Advance Licence benefit by using importing Product "A" for producing directly product "C" where SION is not availabale

Can we avail export incentive & duty remission export benefit against one shipment.
I mean to say. If I am availing benefit of advance Licence then can I avail benefit of Focus Market / Focus product or other which ever is applicable for the product

Tax pay for salaried person
sir,
due to change of job i could not pay proper tax for the financial year 2010-11through my offices ,now i want to pay the tax through bank ,but to pay tax i am facing difficulty-such as -for challan no-280-i)what will be assessment year ii)type of payment is it advance tax or self assessment.
i shall be highly obliged if you would provide me the answer.
