SIR,
CAN A KIDNEY PATIENT WHO IS UNDERGOING DIALYSIS DAILY AND WHO HAS A RARE BLOOD GROUP CAN GET A COMMERCIAL DONOUR AND GET THE KIDNEY TRANSPLANTED.
ARE THERE ANY ACTS WHICH PROHIBITS SUCH KIND OF TRANSFER AND IF SO WHAT CAN THE PATIENT DO TO GET THE TRANSFER.
HAS THE GOVERNMENT ANY POWERS TO GIVE PERMISSION ON HUMANITARY GROUNDS IF IT IS REFFERED TO IT.

Sir,
I am advocate and eager to join law firm in south Delhi. I applied many of them on net as well as on recruitment sites but I have not received any reply from any of them. I think law firms promote their advertisements by deploying near and dear ones
Kindly provide any relevant information on recruitment sites or name the addresses of advocates/lawyers practising in Delhi High Court and Supreme Court who are interested to engage their associates

This is a general query to each and every esteemed member and reader of this column that I have been going through various correspondance from the Scheduled caste community I have been following it for many months of my becoming member,hardly I see any reply/suggestion/guidance from the learned.Do these community members are treated un-touchables for this column too or they are not found worthy for the reply/suggestion/guidance since whole of LIC belong to upper echelon of the Indian society?
Come-on guys even if you hate them still they deserve to be guided/suggested/replied on legal queries because as Law do not differentiate between caste/lingua franca/colour/religion/sex etc etc or be brave enough to at least reply them to the fact that being Scheduled Caste they do not deserve it and inturn atleast there queries be forwarded to our great member of Indian contitutional panel late baba Bheem Rao Ambedkar Ji so that that great soul could see the fate of these community whom he ever fought for.

Whether when a driver having a licence for LMV is driving a transport veh. is OK when the transport veh. is not carrying any goods or passengers & there is no policy breach?
I am appearing for the Ins.Co. and say that even when the veh. is empty then also the driver should have a valid D/L to drive irrrespective of the fact that the veh. is empty or not.I am in need of a ruling for the given fact?

My fatherinlaw expired since 7 years ago. and my motherinlaw died since 5 years. Now my husband wants to transfer the said property to his name. He also has a sister who is will to put the property in her brothers name. and is ready to sign the required documents. Could you please adive what exact document are to be signed by her and your cost.

Information to assist injured person on road by accident
Like to know about helping accidental injured person on city road or on highway.
General impression prevail that helping such injured person on road accident leads & indulge to unnecessary legal procedure & harassment by police. Query: If some unkown person lying on road by some road accident, the vehicle & driver which committed this accident ran away. We just pass by this and stop to help this injured person. We call 108 by cell or carry such person in our car to hospital, in short want to help this person on humanity ground.Whether we have to indulge in legal problem by police on Panch Nama or summon by court during the case? As usually civilian try to help such person but when thinking of this Police harassment problem they just watch, express pity on lying person and drove away.Now a days Car No plate is like MH-11-N-0000 if want to note no. of car / vehicle which no. is important to remember? The whole no.plate or the last digit no.? Shall be thankful if reply.This information is helpful to us and to all good civilians.Thanks
