Court Fee

I had filed an application under Section 31 of RDDB Act before the DRT. The registry had directed me to pay the entire court fee as prescribed under RDDB Act. I said the court fee for Section 31 and 31 A applications are only Rs.250/-. I request my learned seniors to clarify the same. whether i can pay the entire court fee? ot not ? any citations please

Need to know the formula for calculating compensation in case of death of a car owner while driving - in hit-and-run case.

Also need to know what all factors should be considered.

It would be great if someone can share the multiplier chart soft copy.

Also need to know how important is it to have income tax return copies to prove the income or what other documents are essential to prove the income.
