dear sirs,
A was employed to a co. as driver.one day he was going to his home after completing his duty and taking companys jeep with him as usual,on the way he met B,his brother,A took B along with him towards home,in the midway the jeep met with an accident and both A&B DIED ON THE spot.now kindly suggest me that where should i file the claim case,whether in MACT or labour court.what r the remedies for me ? please suggest me in detail,thank u.

For A claim petition may be filed either under workmen compensation Act or in MACT. But for B only in MACT.

Simply you can tell the truth because vehicle would be insured and B was not traveling on rent. Insurance co., owner of the vehicle and driver are necessary parties.
