dear sir,
we are a family of four brothers and three sister.
my father expired in the yr 1983, the probate of the will was obtained in 1986, and in the year 1999 the house where we currently live was transferred from my fathers huf to his four sons and my mother, this was done because in the will my father had written that his daughters dont have CLAIM INTREST AND SHARE in his estates in the property(also he had mentioned in the will that he would like to give his 1/6th share in the property to four of his sons). also we had orally partitioned in the year 1999 (we have no papers supporting the same) our house and place where each member would stay though there are no walls supporting the same
now my sisters are threatening to claim their right in the said property because of the amendment in the year 2005, can they do it ?
kindly help as we dont not want them to claim their right

Dear Sir/Madam,
My father transfered the R.C.Book of my Vehicle in my name. But I never changed my name in the insurance policy as it expired subsquently. The insurance company is not giving the claim.
I filed a consumer complaint on the grounds of Deficency of Service, the Hon'ble Consumer forum award the complaint in my favour. The Insurance company has filed a appeal against the lower court order. I want your advise and if any citation regarding the same.

Hi ,
Please suggest me how to approach consumer court on this. My flat wood work done by SV interiors in 2008 . Last week suddenly the whole kitchen unit was collpased suddenly . My tenent also got injured and The whole kitchen got damazed (Water pipes, Granite work ). This is happened becos they have used small nails for fixing 300 kg box to the wall and not fixed properly. They have not taken minimum standards ,measures to fix the kitchen cabinet. I have contacted them for service , no progress till now.
Currenlty i am located in hyderabad .

Sir,
My Grandfather Mr Ezhumalai (he is no more) has 3 sons and 1 daughter. All are married. Mr Ezhumalai's cultivating lands are shared by their sons and cultivated for last 20 years. But not registered.
Ezhumalai had given 100 pawns to her daughter during her marriage. But not given any property. Now Ezhumalai's daughter asked share in property.
1. Is it possible to ask share by Ezhumalai's daughter?
2. If yes, can Ezhumalai's sons can claim a share 100 pawns from her sister?

Dear Sir,
My sister's case is running under CRPC125 but husband and father in law is not appearing in the court, for knowing their income sister has applied for their income tax return but PIO refused under RTI section 11 & 8(1)(j), and reply that he got third party objections so RTI application rejected.
Can we raise appeal for the decision?

Dear Experts,
May I request your advice on below matter.
I have taken 2 perosnal loans& one credit card during the period of 2005-06 from newdelhi.In 2006 I left for abroad after that I haven't paid the EMI.so many times they contacted me there..If they already filed a case against me, how can I know that & how to go forward, please advice
Do I face any problems at airport when I reach in delhi or any other state in India? Will Police arrest me at airport..Please send me your advice kindly..

In my office someone lodged a complain to the highest authority. When I came to know this I understood that someone opened an email address in my name and then sent the complaint. In this case can the department take disciplinary action against me for making complaint direct to the highest authority without routing it though my immediate boss. Although I did not sent this email because I dont have an email address. Actually I am ignorant about using internet and email etc. Pls. advice. This query also is being sent by my friend on my behalf. Pls advice what I can do in this peculiar circumstances.
