Dear Sir,
A husband and wife joint owner of a property(both have the name in BLLRO office with different Parcha No. equally). They have no body in their relation. They made a settlement deed in the name of A & B on the condition that property will be transfered after death of both of settlor(husband and wife). After death of the husband (one of the settlor) wife (second settlor) revoced the deed since she is only wife of his husband and property will transfer after death of settlors (both). She made a fresh deed in the favour of one person i.e "A".
Sir my query is -------
1)Is revocation valid.?
2)What is the validity of second deed.?
3)Is there any lehal right on any pary of property of "B"?
4) Any other aspect if any?

My father at the age of 61 years met with a road accident with a motorbike on a state high way dt 25.12.2010. The rider was tried to escape but eye witnessed people held him at that place. On hospitalisation my father passed away on 27.12.2010 due to head injury post mortem report revealed.
FIR lodged with VISHAKHAPATAM TRAFFIC POLICE(Andhra Pradesh) in the hospital's jurisdiction. Informed to local police over phone (UMERKOTE,Orissa), We did not lodged any written complaint to local police.Now,can we claim under MACT ? If yes then what is the procedure ? The rider of the said motorbike does not have a valid licence and insurance policy.

Pls help, its very urgent!!
I was in relation with a guy during college days. When i joined job i had severe problem from him as he wanted me to speak to him continuously. he used to abuse me, later i decided to quit and since then he started asking me to come back to relation. i started to lie to him that i no longer go for job any more as he used to threaten me that he would call to office. its been 3 yrs and now he came to know that i lied that i did not go for job. mean while i had taken some money and gifts from him. which i have returned recently all of it. he is been constantly calling every where and harassing to know what happened in detail from last 3 years. He knows clearly from 3 yrs that i am no longer in relation with him. He threatens me to say to all and defame me in society.
Pls help me what to do.
