Sir
My Father is the elder son of their family. He is having 4 brothers and 3 sisters. His father and mother died some years back. Property partition is the issue. Daughters had already given their part. But still they want an equal partition. And each time when all are are gathered for partitioning one brother makes problems by saying he has spent money for home and so. He is not at all ready for any compromise. We need a solution for this partition issue. The property that we get may be less. But could you please advice a solution?

Hello,
Could someone help me understand the ceiling limit of owning agricultural land in UP. In many queries, I have seen a figure of 12.5 acres being mentioned for purchase. However, there is also a mention of 7.3 hectares (18.25 acres) in many sites.
Are there other conditions under which the holding could go beyond that? The question is for irrigated land with 2 or more crops
thanks,

Hi, we purchased a shop in a Sra building around 12 years back. The builder did not make any agreement he said he would give it later. We have no receipts for the payments that we have made too. After 12years now he is asking us to sign a indemnity bond and giving us society share certificate.
Can we apply for share certificate without having a sale agreement?
We have not registered any document nor paid any stamp duty, so can we do it now?
Is the share certificate a proof of ownership? Will that suffice or should we have the agreement too?

We have ancestral property. We are 5 coparcener. 4 coparcener have road side property and myself have in between and no access to use that property. I asked them to redistribute the property so that I can get one share along the road side since our father and grandfather died intestate. Can I challenge the partition made by my grandfather to get road side property like others ???????????

I am from chhattisgarh,my grandfather had 15acres of ancestral land and he died in 2004,but in government records he is still alive which means that 15acres have not been partioned because of some family issue which has been solved now,my grandfather family presently comprises of the following members:
1. His widow(my grandmother)
2. 1st son
-having 2sons both 18+
3. 2nd son( died in 2010)
-had 2 daughters respect.19 and 10yrs.
-had a wife,now his widow
4. 1st daughter( married)
5. 2nd daughter (married)
So I want to knowhow the shares will get partioned since presently 3 out of 4 grandchildren are majors(18+) and also also my uncle.died (2010)after my grandfather died(2004) but still alive in government records having 15 acres still in have s name.

local Grampanchayat at Maharashtra Illegally created Nala of 13 Feet width in Mid of my N A Plot so I made application at Maharashtra Chief Minister Lokshahi Din; where CM gave decision that I should leave 4 feet of my land & rest of Land should be taken by Local Grampanchayat under Land acquisition act. In spite of this decision Local Grampanchayat is not making provision for payment to me for Land acquisition & asking me to leave land Free of cost. I have 4.28 Gunthe NA plot out of which 1.80 Gunthe land is shown as Potkharaba in 7/12 utara so Local Grampanchayat is saying that full land is not NA (due to potkharaba) so they will not acquire excess of land required as per CM Lokshahi din orders.
1 Does Potkharaba really means that so much land is not NA ?
2 What is Legal Validity for Maharashtra Chief Ministers Lokshahi Din's decision / orders ?
