My grandfather has died recently, keeping some bank balance of which the nominee is my uncle. The Will(i.e gift deed) does not mention who is the owner of the money. Does the legal owner of that bank balance will be my uncle only or my father too. Can you please advice what i will do if my uncle does not want to give any share to my father.

Ours is Cidco registered apartment in Navimumbai and comes under owners association named as "Sangam Apartment Owners Association".
Who is the appellate authority for Cidco registered "Owners association" apartment for any dispute with the existing managing committee.
The committee has continued with the post for more than 3.5 years and the president has continued 2nd term total more than 5 yrs and are not calling for the elections to elect the new committee.
Resident owners have collectively issued "No confidence motion" against the committee and called the elections with secret ballot. Now the existing committee is not ready to handover. Neither they accepted the intimation letter (about handover) and refused to acknowledged. What are the possibilities for the handover.
There are couple of cases registered in the name of existing committee and against the resident members by the existing committee which is being disputed in the court.
In this scenario is there any legal restrictions not to handover the committee since the case is being heard in the court. How far the local police can intervene and help in this matter. Who is the authority who can intervene to resolve to change the existing committee.
Your answers will help 130+ residents.

Hi, I reside in Sion in a co-operative housing society. I have a dispute ongoing against the Society at the Registrars office. The case is around transfer of Membership from my Grand Mother's name to my name.. However, my issue is not around this.. My issue is that I have just now realized that I have lost my original Share Certificate which was in my Grand Mother's name.. I strongly believe that this is in Societies possession and has been taken from me fradulently through a known person.. All I want to know is: 1) What should be my next steps? 2) Can the Society fradulently add another name on this Share Certificate without my consent? 3) How else can the Society mis use this Share Certificate against me?
Please help me urgently as I am extremely worried now..
Facts : Society has already accepted me as a Nominee at 50% and this is on records..

I bought flat in redeveloped building in 2013, which got OC, and i got possession in May 2014. Old society as it is will continue and their MC members.
Society called SGM on 21st Aug 2016 with one of the Agenda of the Notice that adding 14 new flat purchaser as member of the society. Even resolution was passed in the meeting post analysing the New flat purchasers membership forms and minutes was circulated to all the members. In between 30th oct one letter sent to MC for updation of membership and pending anything to be communicated to new flat purchasers. no revert received till date. However in Oct first society bill was raised without flat owners name for all 14 new flat purchasers reason being told by secretary that Builder has not given the transfer fees of Rs.20K each of new flat purchaser which was the condition of redevelopment agreement. it is more than 4 months post submission and passing resolution in the society. Can society still deny the membership? can we conclude that new flat purchasers are the deemed members as per bylaws as no written communication is made by the MC?

we are living in pagdi system. my grandfather died. they have 3 son & 2 daughters. now my grandmother wants to sell that room. she is not living with us and also her name are not mention in ration card ;so she can sell that room without our permission?

i have a property in Navi mumbai on my name and my father's name i am the 1st owner father is the secondly joint owner,father passed away in 2011 and i want to sell the property ,what are the required documents and procedures the property is in kharghar navi mumbai do i need heirship,i have the payement details as i have taken the loan and i have all the supporting documents in my name.I have surviving my mother and a brother.what do i do to fully avil it in my name and my wife's.please advice and guide.

Sir, I am 24 yrs female now, I got no parents and brought up by my relatives and when I was 02 yrs old, part of my land has been encroached by my neighbour, which he has constructed his house, he encroached 2 square feets almost a length of 100 square feets. How can I deal with this issue????
