Will

My mother prepared a will which stated that she wishes to give her property to one of our brother. In the will she has mentioned the names of we 4 brothers and the will says that after her death the property will be owned by our father and after his death will be given to one of the brother. the will was made on 07/04/2010 and she died on 16/06/2010. In Aug
the property was transferred in our father's name by virtue of sale deed prepared in his name. Now after his death last year, when dispute arose, the alleged beneficiary got the will registered on 04/11/2016 and produced the same. My question is that after the property was transferred in my father's name ,the will dated 07/04/2010 is still valid/enforcibel?

Nri cheated by own family

Respected lawyers, I m youngest of the three siblings I m US citizen now, I sent money to my family in early 2000 they bought a plot on my mother 's name, which is worth 1.5 cr now, so my older brother took it from her via gift deed, my sister took another property , my mom is alive and they are brain washing her that they both will take care of her am I m in aboard, they do not want to share any property with, I m feeling betrayed, can I challenge the gift deeds my mom made in my brother and sister 's name. What are my rights as a legal heir ? And also as I paid the money for the plots.

Is it possible to send a petition from abroad?

Please help me, more than monetary value, I want to punish them for their betrayal and brainwashing my mom against me.

Garage usage for professional/commercial activity

Mr rajendra Goyal thank u for your prompt reply, but my society is objecting since we have given an undertaking that we shall use it for car parking only, so how much would that cause a hinderance, more so also our garage is not a flat but a garage, so no one stays there and as per law i think we can use only 25-30% of space for professional activity, hence i would like to have more clarity on this matter, looking forward to your reply
