Maintanance charges

Dear sir
I purchased a plot from Satya developers at Indore in Malwa County town ship in the year 2008. बिल्डर at the time of purchase in his tripartite agreement or in payment schedule did not asked any maintanance charges. Developer gives a letter of possession in year 2010 June and in this letter he ask to pay holding charges and maintanance charges after two month of the date of possession letter. I have paid the amount then and get the plot registered in my favor on 2013 मार्च. Now डेवलपर is charging 0.40 pc per Sq. Ft maintanance charges. At the time of registry he took my signature of an agreement regarding maintanance but copy of that not handed over to me. He has given some notice for payment of such charges on my old address but was not received by me. I have given a request to change address one notice was send by him on new address but not received. He has not made any phone call and not giving any email on my email. I was not aware of demand. On June 2017 by his email I came to know his demand and asking interest from 2013 also. 1) Now my question is Can he ask for maintanance charges as per law @0.40 pc Sq ft. From the date of letter issued for possession or date of registry or he is not eligible to ask for.
2) Can he ask for interest for such period where demand not served.
3) in original browser not maintioned about such charges and also in tripartite agreement not maintained about this.
Thanks regards

Need help in property matter

Hi,

I purchased a plot with my friend few months ago but due to some financial reason he sold the half portion of his plot to my mother.

So there are two registries:

1. Old full plot registry (me and my friend - both purchaser)
2. New half plot only registry (friend (seller) and my mother (purchaser))

But recently I approach the bank for the loan purpose but they are saying they can't give me the loan because there is no partnership deed or mentioned in the registry the proportion of the ownership of both the parties i.e., me and my friend.

And also the second half plot registry should be signed by both parties i.e., me and my friend both.

Can you please let me know, what shall I do now?

Thanks

Will

My father already made a WILL in my name as verbally informed by him to me, but I do not know whether it is a registered WILL or not. May be it is a Notarized one only.

My sister's husband is telling me that my sister also have a half share in my father's property (which is a self acquired property). Can my sister’s husband challenge the notarized WILL in the court to seek the authenticity of the same? If yes, what chances of his winning the case. What are the registered authorities, wherein I get copy of the will.

Can I ask my father to make this WILL registered in the court or notarized will is sufficient for me to get father property after his death.

Please advise.
