tenant gave me token money to confirm deal, he also did police verification formality and prepared agreement and sent thru mail. Though I confirmed that there is no plan for repainting but i did it on his request on good will. After 16 days (not yet shifted in house), he back out from the deal and demanding full amount of token amount. What is legally fair and remedy?

Hai this is Rajesh my grand father and grand mother passed away at 1987 . On such case my father and his brothers sharing their property with the help of family elders but there is no share for his sisters . Now my father bought all his brothers property. And now his sisters thread end my father to give their shares or else they will file case on with us. Plz tell me there is any possible to they have a share on my father property

can lessee bequeath the lease right ?
Mr Lakshibhai has taken the lease proeporty for 999 years on lease basis in 1939 and later some years she sold the property to Mr Gange .Mr lakshi has left the will and same property is bequeath to his son?
is her son owner of the lease right as a lessee?

I want to know that how many floors is allowed by collecter or state to build as in grampanchayat and in municipal area?
How much floors are concern as legel for building construction for both?

A principal of property give registered and irrevocable GPA to B and unregistered agreement to sale and purchase to C in 1994. Then 2003 B give registered GPA to C.
Can B cancel the GPA of C?? If yes C is owner of property ?

I am looking for a flat in gram panchayat approved buildings in dombivli east & have elected a flat in 5th of 7th floor. Sir I would like to know that how many floors are allowed to construct in gram panchayet buildings & ZP buildings.
What is the diffrence between gram panchayat approved bldgs & ZP approved bldgs. Does both have similar procedure for buying flats?
