Hello sir, we entered into collaboration agreement with a local builder in our locality in Delhi where the builder will construct stilt parking + four floor and one floor and parking area of his share to be given to him. After we vacate the premises he litetally, force us to make the basement also in the building citing reason that this is compulsory as our road is commercially notified road.
Now he started building the basement but the quality of the foundation is very poor, he hasn't appoint any structural engg for the same nor he has the drawings for the basement. part of basement has been constructed and we call one structural engineer for inspection and he told us that even the foundation is very week and architect design has Not been follow up while construction of basement foundation.
We haven't got the agreement registered in Court or the mcd. No GPa has been signed with the builder.
Now my question are
1. How can we cancel the agreement with him
2. We just need to file the case the in court's of law for cancel the agreement or do we need to get the eviction also from the builder.
3. As father and mother both r bedridden and their last wish is they want to see the newly constructed house, if we go for litigation how long it will take to get the possession back from the builder.
4. Do we need to pay the losses incur by the builder.
5. The builder has Already book his share
of flat and pressurizing us that he will take the corrective measure nd will complete the building.
6 there is no termination clause in the agreement
But our trust on builder us shaken and we want to terminate the collaboration agreement.
Pls reply
Thanks

Hi,
My father is having a residence property where he is the 1st owner and my mother is the second owner. Both are having 50% shares. My father has 2 daughters and myself as a son. My 1 sister is younger and 1 is elder which is married. My mom passed and elder sister passed away in 2012 and 2013 resp. Now my dad wants to add me as a 50% holder in place of my Mom. Can you tell me whats the procedure we need to follow.
I googled and got to know that we need to make release deed of my mother and again have to do Registration in presence of my younger sister and brother in law (because my elder sister passed away) and they have to sign on NOc that they are not interested in the property and adding my name as 50% owner.
Can you please suggest whats the exact procedure

Respected Sir,
The outgoing committee has handedover co-operative housing societies documents to new elected committee and wants to display list of documents on the notice board for all members information. But the new committee is resisting and not allowing old committee to display it on notice board.
Please give your expert opinion whether act of old committee is permissible or not as per bye-laws and if so then what action needs to be initiate by the old committee.
Thanks in advance

Hello,
The land owner(now dead) sold his land to a lady from whom I purchased the same land. In both the sale deeds, the sons have signed as witnesses. One of the grand child (father now dead but had signed as witness in my sale deed) claims his share and is threatening legal proceeding. I have half constructed a house and got electric connection in my name since 2014. The boundary wall is built and the gate has not been fixed. Applied for mutation and is pending in the settlement office.
Please advise as to what is my legal standing in this case.
