Sir,
Thanks For your guidance. The Will is Challenged in it's original state. And the Party is failed to produce the evidences. They are not attending the court for last 3 yrs. They are escaping themself by receiving the summons or the call letters from the courts even with the registers posts.on other side the party has changed all property into their names in other state without no objection certificates from other legal heirs. What should I can do now ?

What if the Will in Registered in one state and the owner of the WILL has his properties in other state also. Should this Will be valid in other state also.? in case no objection certificates are not given by other legal heirs.where the Will is registered .Legal Heirs has filed the objections & the cases are still pending in lower courts . Is this possible that the other party can do mutation of property in other state without calling the other legal heirs ? Is the revenue department is Authorised transfer the property without notify the other legal heirs.? Please help me in this case.................

I have following queries please answer.
1. My father has recently got his share of land but still 7/12 shows it as joint property. Talati said it will take 3 months. Does it take such time? What is exact process?
2. In family list, they have not mentioned my mother's name or my name in my father's family. Is it required that my father get his name in 7/12 as independent owner and then only we can include my name in his property?
3. Still it is joint property in 7/12 but partition has been done. My cousin is not leaving our land and sow wheat in our part. What can be the legal step?
4. My father is aged and I'm only daughter living far away what if my father die before my name get included in my father's land documents provided such slow legal process?

are provisions of the Gujarat State Stamp Act, 1958 & the Bombay Stamp Act, 1958 same ?
I heard that, Bombay stamp act, 1958 is also applicable in Gujarat State, is it correct ?

Hi,
We have a property at Delhi which is given to my father by my grand father through a gift deed 15 years ago.my grandfather later passed away.
My uncle has stolen the property papers and is not giving the same back to us.
1) Please advice if we can make new property papers for the same. We plan to sell the property and will need the papers soon.
2) Also let me know if we can file a case or a police complaint against my uncle for this mischief.

Around 15 years ago my grandfather divided the property at Delhi,which was in his name, in three parts and transferred the same through gift deed to his three sons, one of them my father.
Now after 15 years, my father's younger brother is threatening him saying that he wants some share from my father's acquired property as well stating that the division done by grandfather was not fair. Please let me know how should we counter him and plan to file a case against him and on what basis.

My Friend and her sister had applied for CGHWHO housing project Phase -III and got allotment. But due to acute financial problem they sent letters for withdrawal of memberships on 23.06.2017 (last date of withdrawal of memberships was 27.06.2017 by speed post.( they(CGEWHO) informed their letter was received on 28.06.2017 ). Letter of acceptance of withdrawal was received on 08.08.2017 and accordingly they sent all original documents along with stamped pre-receipt of Rs. 50,000/- . Now they sent one letter on 09.02.2018 that EMD is adjusted against Service Tax recovery and nothing is refundable. is there any legal remedy to get back the refund?

Transfer of property in kalyan bhiwandi, kon village area
Hi Expert,
My father is having flat in kalyan kon village, bhiwandi. As my father passaway in 2013 now I want to transfer it to my mother's name, I have 4 siblings 2 brothers and 2 sisters.
Kindly help me with process of transferring flat from my late father's name to my mother's name.
