My step mom took loan against my brother's property on my dad's name. My brother is minor and my dad is only guardian of his property. We have one document from court where it is written that guardian can't do anything against that property till my brother turn 18. As my dad is suffering from cancer my step mom took advantage and took loan against that property. Is it possible to file case against my step mom

Recently I found a registered document in my home which was registreer in favour of my late father in the year 1947. Till now no other registered transactions took place. But now this land was in others possession without any valid legal documents. Can I mutate the document in my favour in the revenue records and get the possession?

I have settles in a new house as tenant with rent of Rs. 18K. My landlord X don't want to give his PAN number to save tax. He agreed to give his father's PAN and address. He wants me to make agreement, since he is not aware of agreement process. So officially if I use his father's name and PAN, then his father Y will be the legal landlord of the premises. The problem is, his father don't stay in the current city, Hyderabad. So I have 2 questions:
1. Can X sign the agreement on behalf of Y? Or X has to send the agreement to his father on post to get signature?
.
2. Who should be the 2 witnesses in rental agreement.

Me and my parents live in a municipality area of North 24 Parganas District of the state of West Bengal. We have our own house registered in my father\'s name. It was gifted by my grandmother by gift deed. We pay Municipality Tax regularly. But we don\'t pay khajna. We don\'t have Porcha for our property. We also don\'t have the certified copy or photocopy of the old deed which was in favour of my grandmother\'s name, as before the property was gifted by her to my father and my uncle by registered gift deed, the owner of the undistributed property was my grandmother. Please suggest me the legal proceedings to get a certified copy of the old deed in order to get the Porcha of our land. My uncle has the copy of the old deed and as well as the Porcha of the land of his part. We have a certified copy of the old deed before it was owned by my grandmother.
Please take note that, We will not be able to get a copy of the old deed (which was in favour of my grandmother) from my uncle. Please help me.

Hi,
I am 28yrs old lady working in IT company. My father expired in 2011 and my mother wants me to sign a release deed since I am getting married to a guy of my choice. Its written that after my marriage I will have no right on any family related property or finance matters. I have a younger sister. My mother says that she is doing this for the safety of all 3 people. And in future she will get a 'will' saying the family property will be divided by us sisters after her lifetime.
Please provide suggestions on how this might affect me or benefit me.
Thanks.

Our bldg is almost 80+ yrs old as per our knowledge, also repair board has declared that no further repair possible for this construction.
Now how we can proceed/ approach for redevelopment without losing our homes.

Regarding consenting witness
Hi! We have a property in Mysore, after trying for 2 to 3 years, we got a party which is interested in the property. The buyer has approached Axis Bank branch which is near our property, the bank is asking us to make a consenting witness deed. The property first belonged to my great grandfather and then it came to my grandfather and then to my grandmother( my grandfather's wife), then after my grandmother's death, the khata has been taken which includes the 5 surviving children, my dad is one among them. The bank wants 12 of the grandchildren to sign as the consenting witness while giving loan, in 12, 8 have settled abroad. How do we convince the bank that consenting witness is not required for the sanctioning of loan??
