I am writing a will combining my immovable properties in different states and my investments.
My questions are
1. can I register it at the nearest registration office to my present address?
2. Can I probate it in the nearest court to my present address?
3. If there is a property in a metro, is it necessary to probate it in a court there?
4. Who should do the probating - whether myself as the executor or the beneficiariies of the will.
5. What is the probating process?
Thank you

I'm purchasing a flat from the builder. Builder claims it to be from his share of flats. The division of the flats between builder and the landlord is not clearly defined in the development agreement cum power of attorney between the builder and the landlord. What precautions I need to take to ensure that builder isn't selling me a flat from the landlord's share?

City: Bangalore.
My father had brought land from a person 'X' who had in turn brought the land from 'A'. My father has constructed house and has been residing there from past 27 years and has obtained BBMP A Katha. Currently, the successors of 'A' have filed a case on the property.
- what is the best possible solution?
- can I rent out the house under this situation?

Dear Sir,
I am in a process of buying a property in City center area of Bangalore, the original property was holding by a person who is farther of the current owner. the original land was divided into three equal size by his father to 3 of his sons, which was executed during 1982. later on the other two portions were sold to some others, now only the last portion is remaining which current seller owns the rights, the current owner is absolute owner from past 35 years.
While verifying the documents and land bifurcation drawing, we found an error with wrongly scheduling the property, instead of "North" it is typed as South and vice versa in both registered deed and drawing.
At current situation the other two brothers/parties are expired and the bifurcation deed remains with error, with this case do we have any option to rectify the bifurcation deed and drawing through current owner of the divided portion.
Pls help.

While registering the sale deed for purchase of house in Hyderabad I have mentioned the mode of payment as cash instead of bank. Please advise the way how it can be corrected and the cost of the same
Hi,
Need advice about our commercial property.
The shop is in South Mumbai and the landlord (pagadi system) is Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai (MCGM). As per the rent receipt the area is 360 sq. feet and it was purchased by our great grandfather. In line there are more 4 shops just adjacent to us, like ours, and to my knowledge at the backside of this shop there was a dead end lane (some 70 years ago) which gradually being covered by the adjacent shop keepers, in length. As understood that it might have left no option for our grandfather he might have also extended the length of our shop otherwise either of the adjacent shop owner would have covered that area, after which its capacity rose to 600 sq. feet. But the Rent receipt which MCGM gives to us, mentions 360 sq. feet only.
This all story I discovered recently when I intended to sell this shop. Now I want to make this additional 240 sq. feet area also legal and post that would like to sell it.
Please advice is there any legal procedure to follow to take this additional area also?

We share a common fence with our 4 neighbour..One of them make encroachment in our garden but after file complaint in municipal corporation his encroachment demolished...Now he make damage to fence and through kitchen weast water and other garbeg in our garden.
