I need several answers.
I have a property owned by my both parent- in-laws who have expired without making a will. After them there are two daughters and one son(my husband) who are legal heirs. My husband passed away without sorting the matter of property rights and now i am left with nothing. I am staying in the same house. I have my daughter and son with me.
Does my sister in law owns the right to throw me and my children out of home? How much share will my children and myself will get if the property is set for division. My daughter and son both are married. Please help me

We are 4 brothers & 1 married sister. Father & mother have expired. We have some landed property still in the name of father. The documents of landed property is with one of the brother who is not willing to give respective shares to brothers. What action can be taken so that all brothers can get equal share.

Sir i have a 7 bigha land i am in possesion of it from past 25 years the land comes under custodian land can someone other demand possesion of it or i would be the sole owner ?

If two partners have a land in their name and the land contains marble in a specific area then how will be the property divided before mining the land ? If the one wants to be separated?

My grandmother died and left a will of house property at Ahmedabad Gujarat. Beneficiary name is my and she remove all her son and their heir including my father from property right at the time of will made Dec 2013. Will is registered at sub registrar office with two witness. Did I need probate for will ? What should I do next.?

What will happen to assigned land (laoni patta) after
Dear Sirs,
My Grand Father was being assigned piece of land by Govt. in 1956, Currently this part in in Telangana state, He was in possession of the land and was doing agriculture till his death in 1996, post which my father and his elder brother carried on agriculture on the same land they both had applied for Patta Passbooks and MRO has issued the same on both of their names. Now both (Father and his elder brother) are expired in 2015 & 2017 and also both Mom and Big Mom also expired. Now, there are 9 children (5 boys and 3 Girls) as Legal Heirs,
1. Can we take possession of this property?
2. what will be the status of land after assignee expires? will it be still considered as Laoni Patta, as the assignee is expired and so as next generation? will it become a Patta Land after two generations?
3. Can the grand children apply for mutation of the land and Sell the land?
