We are three brothers and two sisters. All were married and now father died last month. I am the youngest. My middle brother went at the age of 25 to my uncle's family as caretaker, where they have no child. they made with my parent resigistration but now they have no such papers to show.
My elder brother doesnt have any interest to give any property to him. By the way my middle brother doesnt have any property to his name yet from my uncle's family.
Sisters views are parental property is divide into three parts and everybody take care of my mother.
now what are the options available to go

My total land documents and passbooks are in my dad,s name some of my lands are my dad newly bought due to some problems my dad wants to put agreement to sell my land the prblem is my dad,s sister is asking half share of my property she got married since 1970 they are having more lands in thier place is there any chance to get share of my property pls provide assistance i get confused.

My grand parents are expired 5 years ago.
they had 4 acres of land and a house. The land is in 3 parts , 1.3 arces approx each.
Now the legal heirs of the land are my father, and my 2 aunts who are married.
My aunts want the property to be divided and after that they will like to sell it off, while my father wants to build a house and does on one piece of land and does not want any division as he does not want the land to be sold off.
He has told my aunts that when ever he will sell then the amount will be equally divided amonst the tree but he is not willing to sell it now.
My aunts are insisting that thwy divide the land and do what ever individual wants.
Now they also tell that you can not build a house as they have an objection on it.
Please help me to know what can be done.
My father has also told them that if they too want to build house on the land they can but dont sell it, but they are no agreeing to it.
please help. can the aunts take legal action against my father if he builds a house on this land?
If the property is not divided now then what will happen after any one amongst the 3 dies?

I have heard that if a property is purchased at a value lower than the market value, the IT dept can take over the same said property by paying difference in value and an added 15%.
Can someone please give me more information on the same??

The partnership deed made between three Parties. Father and 2 brother but father and one brother died now how the legal heirs claim on bond amount ?

if a company director sell a property belonging to the company without any such resolution what is the remedy available to a share holder and where shall he approach for the remedy? can he approach the civil court in spite of the company law board?

I m member of co.op housing society ltd. The ground floor member make a illegal construction on the open space of the society road and common plot of society and distrub the parking area so how to start the procedure against them AND slove the problems of illegal construction as per co.op housing society ltd ACT. (GUJARAT)

In registered Co. Op Housing Society (in Gujarat) any member consturct a illeagel construction without chairman / secretary consent? If any member make a illeagle construction in housing society limited and they disturb other member property and parking area what action do against them? As per co- op housing society ltd. law
