Restrictions under status quo qua

Sir,
We have purchased 300 Sq yard plot in 1987 in Haryana with proper registration documents and constructed the boundary walls. The plot is coming under two khasras. We used to regularly visit the plot till 2015 and there was no claim from any body on the said property. We we started construction another party approached and informed that they are the owners of 200Sq.yard. They have filled a case in the court for permanent injection & possession. The court has ordered Status Quo Qua construction to be maintained by both the parties. Kindly inform.
The construction was completed before the court order but nobody was staying in.
Can we take the power connection?
Can we move in the constructed house?
Please advise.

Sharing of properties

We are 4 children (3 sisters and 1 brother) to our parents. We all were married. After the expiry of our Father recently,We 3 sisters have got 3 properties - 3 flats (they were previously in the name of our father) registered in favor of us by my Mother and Brother.

One of our sister lives in USA. Now my question is "We want to get the 3 properties shared among us individually. My sister in USA cannot come these days due to her works. So, without her coming to India, can we share the properties?? We want to give 1 flat to be registered in her name too. Please suggest

Property bought in parent's name by son & its inheritance

So, my dad, eldest of six (3 guys & 3 girls), worked hard away from home for decades & pumped all the money in his father's name. His dad sold around 8 acres of agricultural property for stupid reasons, so my dad takes a loan & buys back that land back @ a higher price in my grand-dad's name, who names his 3 sons would inherit this piece of land.this happened in 1981-84. In 2004,Kerala Govt acquires the land with meagre compensation & the family buys another land alongside a small division of assets & yet again my dad buys land from his share of the money in his father's name. Granddad passed away a decade ago, leaving behind grandmother. Now its partition time & there's absolutely nothin in dad's name. The second wave of compensation for the acquisition is pending in the courts. The siblings quarrel every single time or at least make it look like they do not want a partition now. But we want to be relieved with our rightful share. Kindly help.

Running pg business in residential aparment

HI, I have purchsed property in newly constructed building, while buying & in agreemnet builder has never mentioned that there will be PG busines in the society, just now we members got to know that landowner has 11 flats in society out of total 94 flats & he has started PG business on 3 floors where he owns flats, now as a memebre we have objection to his PG business in residenatila area as all the family's are staying in society and PG is something will create security issue, public access to the society. but the society is not yet formed then what options do we have? please note landowner & builder are 2 different people.
