Unclaimed land

Dear All,
We have a own house with land appartenant thereto. A little area behind our house also comes to us as per "city survey office"map.
But that area is used by the owner of the house behind our house.
Property tax also paid by us for the entire area.
Is there any remedy to claim back that area.

Change of name in death certificate

Dear Experts,

My father's younger brother passedaway in 2001 and his wife changed the name in the death certificate in 2002 to claim Insurance/Bank amount which was registered in his new name. Now my aunt has discovered that there is certain amount of property in my uncle's previous name and she is trying to transfer the land in her name.

On notice of this, we had placed a stay order and challenged the same in Tahsildar court. Is there any way or law in which she can claim the said property as she as changed her husband's name completely in the death certificate. The new name is as per the current records in Muncipal Corporation office.

Please advice.

Regards
Karim

Ancestors property

Dear Sir / Madam.

My father in law had wrote a will saying his fathers present property ( residing) will be completely belongs to his last daughter ( having 3 daughters my wife is first one) and this property was self acquired by his father means my wife grand father (late ) not written any will,
Present wife father wrote a will ( without my wife and her younger (sister second)knowledge) saying the whole property belongs to the last daughter and his only son.
My question is it possible to file a case to fight for her rights ( first and second daughter's) in the law of court. Because it is grant father property to get our share. Kindly do suggest me how to proceed .

Thanks in advance

Purchased a land from a widow lady

Dear Sir,
3 years ago I purchased a plot of 55Sq.yard from a Widow lady, property was registered with the name of his deceased husband, so while selling the property to me all the documents (registry, sale deed etc.)were signed by her.I was totally unaware about the fact that she couldn't sign the documents.

I came to know about this fact when I am selling this property to other person. I request you to kindly let me know the correct way to sort out this problem.
