Agreeculture land in karnataka want to add names of siblings

Dear Sir,
We all are 6 siblings. Our Elder sister is now about 91 year old was born , brought up and married in Karnataka and staying there since more than 8 decades . Then second child of our parents my elder brother who is now no more since 2015 and 3rd one I myself we both were born and brought up in Karnataka state and then joined in Job if Government of Gujarat and staying in Gujarat since more than 4 decades. My other 2 brothers and one married sister are staying Maharashtra since approx. 4 decades. We have approx. 15 Gunta agriculture land in Karnataka which was of our late father and we have RTC and form 6 government record which is showing that this land was originally of our father . There after his death in approx. 1973 as elder son our elder Brother’s name was added in RTC and form 6. That record shows that after the death of our father we are showing the name of elder son on behalf of other heirs.
Then in about 1975 our brother had given power of attorney to our married sister and given rights to manage our father’s property. In next compound there is approx. 20 Gunta agriculture land of our married sister which she had purchased from somebody approx. 50 year back.
But then it is found that from approx.. 1980 due to some mistake or due to some unknown reasons in RTC and form 6 along with name of our elder brother as elder son of late our father our married sister added by some body and the area shown as 45 GUNTA.
Now confirm
1) How to add add names of all our 6 siblings including our late elder Brother in Government record 7/12 , mutation entry etc in land of our late father which is 15 Gunta ?
2) The 20 gunta separate agriculture land which was purchased by our sister by sale deed and who she is approx 91 years and cant able to manage both these land and had done confidential wheel . So if she want to transfer this land with name of all four siblings in her 20 Gunta land suggest procedure .
3) Suggest of other options.
4) Confirm which documents required. ?
5) How to proceed in this matter ?
THANKS AND REGARDS

APS

My property under my mother name

We are 4 brothers with no sisters, 2 elder to me and one younger to me. Our house is in my mothers name, which consists of 3 floors in bangalore, ground floor occupied by parents and my unmarried/unemployed second brother, first floor is occupied by my 4th brother and second floor is occupied by my eldest brother. and the 3rd floor is rented out (Small house which is only one room) I was out of country for work from past 10 years, during this time my brothers occupied each floor and they have made modifications with out telling me and they say they have took their share.

Earlier I was the only earning member where i took bank loans which was used for the property, i have very little evidence being paid to my father, Also during my tenure abroad with my savings i paid for purchase of land, but was paid from my bank account. Since i live abroad i asked my mother to get it registered under her name.

Unfortunately i i lost job and had to return back to India, i stayed for 2 moths then my mother asked me to leave the house and she is refusing to give my land or any share from her property, i am not sure if she has made a will. She has been supporting my brothers than me.

If she has made a will, how can i file a case for property and my land which is under my mothers name.

Forged documents fabricated by village sarpanch and talati

As the village talati mantri and sarpanch has fabricated false land documents like house tax receipt, gram panchayat land certificate etc. and on the basis of these documents someone are trying to mutation of our property on their name. I have filled RTI but no response given by village talati then I filled first appeal but the same thing happen. After filling second appeal my application was disposed off and when I requested the GIC has re-opened my case stating Ex-Party Order but since year no process has been carried out by GIC.

I complained to DDO (District Dev. Officer) they again addressed to us TDO (Taluka Dev. Officer) who has said that the house tax receipts can be made by any name without any evidence / proof. I have also lodge complaint before a month to District Magistrate and Collector regarding what basis these documents are made or created.

Till date no response from them too.

Please guide where should I complain against false documents of land and how to avoid mutation of property on their name.

Imposition of fine by society

I have a flat in PCMC area of Pune.I kept tenants last year and gave the society police verification and agreement copy. This year in April I renewed the L&L agreement and gave the copy to the society. In June this year the society passed a resolution for giving police verification and agreement copy by the owners for existing and new tenants and a fine of Rs.5,000/- if not providing the documents.I gave the new agreement to society and informed them that the police verification was given last year. The society replied that they have misplaced the previous documents and asked the members to provide the copies of the previous police verification. The society extended the date for providing the copies but due to some communication gap I could not provide the previous copy of police verification. After the expiry of the date I managed to give the society a new police verification, but the society imposed a fine of Rs. 5000/- for providing it late.My request to them fell on deaf ears.
My question is if the society misplaced the previous documents can she fine me for not giving new docs on time? the society did not inform me of the extension of date through email on common floor. Is society justified in its acts and what is the remedy for me?
