Dear sir,
Iam having registred sale deed done my father when I was minor ( about 15 years) in 1989. After major, I got married in 1996. Meanwhile the land is regularised under corporation and paying taxes. Now my brother is asking share in that property after my father's death. Is it valid?

My mothers family had lease hold property , my grandmother & grandfather died----My mother inherited rights in the property, Now my Mother has also died & ibeing only son-inherited her Rights in Property. Now my shares 1/16, can I transfer my Rights to Third Party (Nobody in Family is Ready to buy my rights). Also Income tax to be paid on stamp duty document???
Secretary conveyed his resignation verbally in anger to mc but later did not give it in writing. But mc from then did not communicate to him abt the mc meeting dates or time due to which he could not attend any meeting after. Now mc is disqualifying him saying he has not attended three consecutive meetings. Actually no mc meetings had taken place after that incident. Later mc members signed the minute book as if meetings had taken place on certain days. The general body in its AGM reelected unanimously the secretary as they wanted him to continue as secretary. But now mc does not want to recognise him as Secretary. Is mc above general body in doing so?
If mc meetings do not take place monthly but on a later date mc members write down the minutes as if it took place on certain days every month and sign later, is this legal? If quorum of mc meetings is not met then whether decisions are valid?

Greetings to Experts !!!
We live in CGHS Society flat , owned by us. The Cement of the outer side ( the face ) of the Parapet ( Banna ) of our Balcony has started falling down in the form of small concrete bars of about 12 inches . Ours is a multi-storeyed RCC building built in around 1980s. Just wanted to know since its the outer side of the balcony would it be covered under Society Maintenance which we give or we personally has to bear the Expenses for it.
Few days back ,same way the concrete bars of the PERGOLA of another multi-storeyed building in our society fallen down which was repaired by the Society as a part of maintenance.
Thanking you all in Anticipation.

Hi
Can anyone advise me on my below mentioned issues:
a) "A" was the absolute owner of some residential plots. A has given GPA to "B" and accordingly "B" sold few plots to individuals. One of indivual named "G". In 1999 G has become one of the plot owner through registered sale deed by GPA "B".
b) In 2000, "A" filed a civil suit against his GPA "B" and in 2001 settled their disputes and "A" has ratified few registrations done by GPA in the settlement which was apporved by local civil court. In this settlement, "A" though ratified few registrations, the doc. no. registered for "G" not factored.
c) In 2001 "A" sold the plot already in the name of "G" to "R". "R" again sold this plot to "L" in 2004. In 2014 I bought this plot from "L". Now when I tried to sell, I have noticed 1999 transaction in the EC. I approached "L" and "R". "R" said sale of "G" got some settlement, hence "R" bought the same from "A". But documents towards that settlement or cancellation of sale by "G" tthrough GPA is unable to trace.
My concern is :
a) in the absence of such settlement copies between "G" and "A", how "R" bought the same plot. Here twist is that "R" was one of the witness for "G" in 1999.
b) If "R" or "L" is able to get some documentary evidence, how can this be reflected in EC
c) If I want to cancel my sale deed with "L" what is the procedure I should follow to get my money back from "L"
d) I could notice this 1999 transaction only when I tried to sell now.. Hence can I file a suit now as it is more than 3 years since I bought the land from "L". If not what alternative I have ?
