My name is Manoj Solanki. My mother is transferring the house in my name through gift deed for which I need to submit the NOC from society. The society had asked for notarized NOC from my other siblings. I have a question when my mother is gifting the same house to me why they require the NOC that too notarized from my other siblings.

Dear Sir,
My father is selling a plot of land next month for which the buyer is giving 25% of the consideration on the date of sale deed and remaining 75% through Three post dated Cheques.
I want to know whether Sale Deed can be cancelled if post dated cheques get dishonored?
What necessary points should we mention in the sale deed for safeguarding us due to any possible fraud or cheat in the future (cheque bounce)?

Sir, mai faridabad ke sec 75/76 ke BPL/EWS flats resale per Lena chahta hu. But property Delores bol rage hai ki BPL/ ews ke flats 5 years tak register nahi kiye ja sakte hai or na hi transfer kite ja sakte hai. G.P.A hogior WO bhi u.p.gaziyabad se.aur WO bhi main alloty se nahi.kya future mai alloty ke depends / relative right claim kar sakte hai aur WO sari payment cash hi chahte hai aur kahte hai hum GPA aur will dono bana kar denge jisme ye show ho sake ki last GPA holder be aapse amount liya hai karj per.aur kya main alloty GPA kabhi bhi cancel kar sakta hai, main alloty me kis kid kisko kitni bar GPA ki hai iska record kaise check ho Santa hai.

I own a commercial gala in a industrial estate under pagdi system located in Andheri E, Chakala and I have a weighing machine assembly shop for the last 25 years. My business isn�t doing all that well now n so i wanted to start a online food delivery kitchen. I recently have taken a gumastha license and a Fire NOC as well a health license from Mumbai BMC. So i wanted to ask if i can get a separate water line from the BMC without interference of the landlord ? As well as the landlord is not allowing me to start the kitchen. Do I need to take his permission before changing the nature of the business or is it ok to not pay heed to the landlord? The only thing that�s bothering me is that the water connection I have is a sub meter through the main line. So if I get a separate connection I wouldn�t have to depend on the landlord. Will his permission be important in any way for the new water connection and starting the delivery kitchen ?

I am residing as a tenant in Kandivali East,Mumbai for the past 2 years.Before granting
NOC for tenancy the society told me to pay Rs.8000/- per year for swimming pool and gym.Although I told them that I do not need those facilities the society office told me that its compulsory for the tenants to pay whether they use the facility or not.The owners are not charged anything as they had paid onetime for this when they purchased the flats and in their maintenance bills no amount is charged for this.The society refuses to give receipts for the same.I paid by cheques. What is the remedy for me to recover the amount.Can I complain to the dy.Registrar?

we have done sale deed for property . we have got 2 post date cheque for balance amount of transaction. All cheque details are mention in agreement . buyer has paid first cheque amount also. now for payment of last cheque he need more time to adjust money. In more 20 days cheque will be invalid as it will cross 90 days from date mentioned on cheque. Buyer is ok for giving different chequqe as replacement of invalid cheque.
Need advise, is it legal to take replacement cheque , if yes what legal documentation we should do so that in future if new cheque bounce we can take legal action. we are ok to provide him some time but he should be legally bound to pay.

Gift deed from mother to son and daughter-in-law
My mother got a property from her mother in 2003 through a gift deed.
Now she want's to gift the same to me and my wife.
Please tell me if this can be executed through a normal gift deed and will be valid.
I am mainly looking if the gift deed charges will be the same since I am including my wife or the charges will be more.
