Hi,
we got allocation of land near Bangalore from KIABD. have paid 1st installament.
but now we want to share the land to our associate companies also based in bangalore (60% holded
by our parent company in USA).
whether we can change the name in the agreement to our associate company or can we share both the company name in Agreement (not yet signed).

I purchased a property through auction from DEBT RECOVERY TRIBUNAL - 1 (DRT, Kolkata) via a SALE CERTIFICATE which was issued by the Recovery officer. I want to sell this property now to a private buyer. But all the buyers want to see other papers and are not satisfied by just a sale certificate. My question is:-
1) Does such a property require to be registered in the Registrar office?
2) How to initiate sale of such a property to a private buyer?
3) My name isn't there in the local municipality. The Municipality Enrolment number is in name of the company who made the building. So how to get my name changed in the local municipality i.e how to get it mutated on the behalf of a sale certificate?

Hi,
Is it possible for the builder to convert a part of his SRA building as a saleable portion to the outsider? The builder is saying he will get OC and also get it registered in my name since he is converting half of the SRA Building as saleable portion.. Is it safe to buy such a flat, and can I resell it in a years time or put it on rent?
Would be grateful for your expert advise..
Thank you

My father sold a residential property which he inherited through will from his father in 2004. In 2014, my father sold the property and with its sale proceeds plus some more funds, he purchased another residential property. The new residential property is jointly registered in his name, my mothers name and myself each having equal share. In 2019, my father executed a will stating that after his death, the property will belong to me and my wife (his daughter in law). My question is - after my fathers death, does my married sister have any rightful share in the said property? If yes, how much share? If no, can she or her husband still trouble us legally?

I purchased a flat in 2010 and applied for a share certificate from the society. I am the 2nd buyer for the said property. while purchasing the flat, i have not received any share certificate from the owner. While issuing the share certificate, the society has not put the name of the 1st buyer name and given the share certificate directly in my name.
Now after 9 years, when i want to sell my flat i am facing difficulty since the buyer is asking me to include the name of the 1st owner. I have approached the society to help me out but the society is saying that i should have been careful while getting the share certificate from the society. The society is putting the entire blame on me and not helping me anyway. I am stuck with the sale transaction of my flat. Please let me know how this matter can be resolved by the society.

My late father had given me a portion on the first floor of his self acquired property in his will executed and registered in his lifetime. My younger brother on the ground floor has sold off his portion based on the will. Can I do the same?

Hi ! I have filed a case of personal necessity against my commercial tenant. The regd rent agreement had expired in 2016. But the tenant continued to pay rent with 5% increase every year. My queries are : 1. Since he continued to pay rent through cheques even after the expiry of the rent agreement so does this mean we entered into a perpetual agreement ? 2. Since I have filed the petition on the basis of personal necessity so does this deprive me of the Measn Profit privilege when the tenant goes to appeal ? Case pertains to Chandigarh.
How to get a property purchased from DRT mutated?
I had purchased a property via a sale certificate issued by the Recovery officer, Debt Recovery Tribunal, Kolkata. How can I get this property mutated? I do not have any other document except the sale certificate issued by DRT.
