Our land at Prantij was acquired for Gujarat Housing Board (here after 'GHB') for more than 10 Years yet it has been not used by GHB. How we can proceed to make it release from said reservation of GHB? And it was put in Agriculture Zone? Now suppose we apply for NA (Non Agriculture) than how much (in percentage) construction we can do in entire area in land belongs to Agriculture Zone? How to proceed for to Convert Agriculture Zone to Residential & Commercial Zone? How to apply for an NA of the said land? What is construction limit for Residential zone in Non Agriculture land?

My father died without a will and me and my sister's wish to relinquish our right over his land in india in favour of our mother. Should the Deed of Relinquishment be witnessed by two people or does it have to be attested by Indian High Commission here in the UK?

My father were three brothers and we have an ancestral property. Recently my father died and my mother is staying alone as she doesn't want to leave the ancestral house. The issues are :-
a) The two brothers don't want to do the partition probably as they wish to grab the property as I am staying outside my home town
b) Recently we had a very house tax demand as vacant land was given by my family to a contractor for marriage
c) To settle the govt demand of tax I paid my share plus additional amount to ensure that family dignity is not lost
d) Despite depositing the money my uncles have not paid the money to the govt. The amount transferred is lying in their account
d) My uncles are scaring my mother by shouting & writing nasty letters blaming her of making extra money from the contractor
Seek your advice on what to do
a) How to have the partition of the property, we have tried all approaches but my uncles are not willing
b) How to avoid regular harrasment to my mother for these nasty letters & regular shouting at her
c) How to get the money back which was paid for depositing the tax. The payment trail is there as it was account to account transfer

Hi
My Grandfather had a house and land which he had bought from his own earnings. He has 3 daughters and 1 son. He has given his property to only 2 daughters( Which we suspect they had taken it when he was ill), Now my mother who has not received any property - can she claim /take legally to get the share of the property. Please advise
Thanks
whom should ask for receipt of payment
opponent in co-op court requested the hon'ble judge for restoration of CROSS-EXAM.STATUS,while agreeing the request he asked the opponent to pay Rs. 500/- to the Petitioner which was immedielly obligsed by the Opponent in the court itself.
My Q. is 1]to whom should ask for the receipt of this payment ? 2]since the payment wa given to Secretary of society ,is it not correct to deposit the same amount in society's tressary & issue the receipt?
It is in maharashtra.
