CLARIFY WHETHER BELOW MENTIONED RELIEF PRAYER, PlANTIFF has to pay COURT FEE AS PER PERMANENT INJUCTION(nominal fixed fee) OR as per TITLE DECLARATION(% of market value)
1)PLZ give permanent injuction decree against defendant the defendant had no rights & restrict him not to disturb the Plantiff peaceful enjoyment & absolute ownership rights of mentioned scheduled property -
2)Also mention if Permanent injuction decree is got in favour of plantiff in above relief prayer case, then whether Plantiff got absolute Title or not on his mentioned scheduled property

Mr A has 7 sons (A1,A2,A3,A4,A5,A6,A7) & 4 daughters (B1,B2,B3,B4). He died in 1983 leaving a will. Mr A property includes a house which has 3 floors & a shop on rent. In his will he has given Ground floor to A3, first floor to A7, & second floor to A6. And the shop on rent to A5 & A7. Nothing has been given to the daughters & wife. All the property was taken by the legal heir as per the will except the ground floor since the A3 was not in that city & it was previously occupied by the A4 & A5. Now they are not ready yo move out. So what will be the appropriate action in this regard to get the Ground floor..

Sir,
I am in a great confusion please help me . I purchased the plot in 2007 from “X” who purchased it from “Y” who in turn had purchased it from its recorded owner “ A “ with the dda. I have got the said plot converted to freehold also. The “A” had become the recorded owner of the said property of “B” ( the allottee) after his death in 2003 as being his (“B” s) only LR alive .
Now the dda have given me the notice stating therein that the recorded owner “A” had defrauded the dda and by submitting forged and false documents in dda fraudulently and illegally got the said property mutated in his name therefore the perpetual lease , possession etc executed in favour of “A’ has been cancelled .
Further one “K” claiming to be the purchaser of the said property has applied for the mutation on the basis of the registered Will executed by “B” in his favour in 1996 . The real LR’s Of the real “B” have given the NOC in favour of “K” in DDA . I have also come to know that the “K” has written to the dda in the year 2000 claiming to be the bonafide purchaser of the said property from “B” in the year 1996 .
My query 1) Is the purchase of the said property by me from “X” illegal ?
2) Will the property go out of my hands ?
3) How Can I retain my property ?
4) what are the legal options available to me ?
Please answer my all the queries as I am very tensed . Thanks

Dear Experts,
I purchased a flat in NOV 2010 in Pune. At the time of registration, I paid 1% of agreement cost as VAT to the builder. But he has not given the govt receipt for it yet.
I think he has not given the money to Govt yet. I have followed up with the sales people of the builder but in vain.
Please suggest way forward.
Thanks,
Sameer

My mother-in-law has house on her name. She had lost property paper of that house. She has lodged a FIR and also mentioned in Newspaper. She has done GPA with consideration to her daughter’s name in Registrar court. She also has sold that house to her daughter on Notary paper. Now, mother-in-law has EXPIRED. My wife has an elder brother who is asking for sharing in this house. Pls advice, what does my wife to do in such situation sothat she may be owner of this house.
