I am a law graduate with a master in Chemistry, completed a diploma in IPR, I know about the patent agent exam , I am also a register myself as a trademark agent. I know only theory part of patent law, TM act, I want to pursue my career in IPR for that I need a strong background of Practical knowledge such as various searching tools of patent database, TM search.
So i want a expert advice for the same please guide me what should i do ? is there any short -term courses that i can refer to develop my practical knowledge? Please help

Please explain the below query as per Muslim Personal Law in detail.
A sunni Mohammedan dies leaving behind one Daughter and Pre-deceased Son's son and daughter also Pre-deceased daughter's daughter. Please explain the order of succession. Also throw some light on the concept of Residuary and the law of exclusion and the Law of Return.

Sir,
I have fix safety door 1 feet outside the main door. which is not troubling anybody. I am not distrubing any society's property like camera,floor lights and windows. Still commitee insting me to remove the safety door and fix it along with main door. if I have not removed the commitee will be removing on their own and I have to pay expenses through monthly bill.
is it not legal to use our varanda or 1 feet space next our main door or not?
without my permision Can commitee remove my safety door?
Please help me to resolve this issue

We are a Partneship firm, our partnership deed is not registered.
we have been carring our business under the name XYZ & Co.(example)and we have created a logo of xyz.
Now one of our compitetor have applied for xyz as "work mark" behind our back in jan 2012.
This fact came to our knowlegde when we applied for xyz private limited as our company name. Now mca is saying that we cannot use xyz as our prefix.
Kindly help whether we can use any legal ground to stop him from taking our brand name.
