Can we assign a registered Trademark to a Third Party without taking any consideration ?? Is consideration is mandatory for a Trademarks Assignement Deed??
Is there a provision in TM Act where one can file the TM application in any of the TM Registry of his choice as it happens in case of overseas applications being filed in India through Attorney Houses in India.
Regards & Thanksin advance

Dear Sir,
1. We have the property for 3 crores, but our family members are not ready for the partition. So, we are ready the apply for the partition suit. But our local lawyer is telling us to pay 10% of the property as per guideline (land)value. In this record different statements have received from the other lawyers. Is it true?
2. If we are not in the position to pay the 10% of the property, what should we do?
3. And also we are not satisfied with the current lawyer shall we look forward for the new lawyer?
Kindly help us to know about the court procedure & fee details for the partition suit and Lawyer fee.

Dear Members,
Can anyone guide in drafting a confidentiality bond with R&D personnel of a chemical lab or share the draft if any?
The intention is to curb the R&D personnel from sharing chemical formulations while in employment, and few years after employment or not to be associated with competitors for a few years after employment.
Members guidance solicited.
Thanks and regards,

Daughter's right in her mother's property
Sir,
My mother have a House property in her name which she got from my grandfather under a registered partition deed by making proper stamp duty.and divide the such property in my three brothers under a will, but with GPA in their respective names in which my mother is transferor and my brothers are transfree. Both will and GPA is registered. In the will it is mentioned that after my mother's death such property belongs to her three sons(Floor wise),it also contains that any of her legal heirs if have any objection can claim upon it.I didn't get any share in such property.I discuss such matter with my mother and all the three brothers and ask them for the share in such property, two of my brothers and my mother agrees to give the share, but remaining one brother refused me. Two agreed brothers have signed settlement deeds and my mother give written consent to me.After that I serves Legal Notice to the dissentient brother. His advocate replied me in this regard that the above said property is not an ancestral property and blames me for extortion of money. Now I want to know is such property is an ancestral property or not.
