Dear sir/madam i am govt servant and private practitioner . I am eligible for loan facility and i want to buy house. . So i want to make loan in my name and get property registered in my mothers name. I vl complete the loan from my salary . Please guide me in detail if such provision is there. Whom to approach for this. Sub register and advocate. Pls guide. Thank u all.

My husband sold 2bhk flat which was on his name.he has filled a divorce case on me in may2013 and has sold the flat in december 2013.can i get any help? he has also taken away my jewellry by saying security reasons as he asked me to shift to belapur from vasai 2yrs ago before he sent me divorce notice.

This is Akash Srivastava. My grand father purchased a house and died in 2002 without any will. this property is transferred to my father and uncle.
My father wants to sell the property without any reason and doesn't want to give any share to me or my mother. can i get claim or share on the property my grand father.

my relatives are in big trouble. they have been shifted to a sra building about 8 year
ago. till now no allotment letter have been provided to them.after aproching builders office regularly ,they are now telling that their agrement is fake. and their name is not in the society list.
please provide some information .

unfortunately my mom passed away on 19th of January,i was staying with my mom together with my family in a chawl,the room was in my mothers name,this chawl is under SRA development,the developer is giving yearly rent to all the tenants.now when my turn comes he said that I will not give you rent,do you have any will made by your mother or have she nominated you.
she has signed all document regarding nomination and she did not get any copy of any document,the developer don't want to show me any document signed by my mother please advice

My husband made an agreement with my brother in law to purchase a land .he paid 2 lakhs as advance.Now my husband died my brother in law is not refunding the advance .How long is the agreement is valid ? Shall i put a case on my brother in law to refund the amount?

Hello,
I had applied a Copyright in artistic work category. Now I have received a letter from Copyright Office regarding discrepancy in the application. I want to remove the same. However no where in the letter is mentioned in which form should I need to respond and fees for the same. Please guide me to remove the discrepancy.

Nomination validity
Is the flat nomination dt 28.12.2010, valid when presented to the society on 6/3/2014, when the property owner was alive. Owner died on 13th March 2014 after being in coma.
