I want to know the format of application of WITHDRAWAL OF TRADEMARK APPLICATION . stage of the trademark is objected . please guide me to draft withdrawal application and if possible please share application draft with me . please guide on process of withdrawal also.

my mother was expired 1965 and my father applied succession certificate after one year in the court.and evaluate our property 75000 and give a letter to deposit fees of succession 1966.In the letter,court declear two petitioner first is my father and second eldest sister that time my sister age was seven year and her guradian lawful my father according to the court letter. now problem is,my self sons of the petitioner (father mention above) have face problem property transfer because my father expired (father mention above) before 5 years and my elder sister done marriage against my father wished.how to transfer property and make registry? and old succession issued was that valid or not,fill new petition in the court? please guide.

Sir I want to file partition suit for my mother's house against my sister. And also to stop the rent she is getting for last 2 years. What will be the court fee for filing case and how long it will take to get stay order to stop rent. How much will be the advocates fee approximately. Diff persons telling diff. I am confused. The house is at coimbatore. Please guide me. I am at Mumbai.

Developer not giving allotment letter because in the annexure 2 list there is a correction in my grandmothers name. The person working for SRA and the developer said to correct the name first and then you will get allotment letter. What should i do. Please help.

I'm planning to publish a book of literary criticism containing studies of poems. The book has been structured in the following manner -- Poem 1 followed by Study 1, Poem 2 followed by Study 2 and so on and so forth. Will the inclusion of poems in the book constitute copyright violation? All poets except one are dead. It's hard to trace / procure permission from legal heirs. What's the legal position? Are there any limitations on lines which could be quoted?
What's the way out? What are the worst implications?

my mother expired a year back and have depoists in postoffice and have kept me as nominee. she stays in city district A and i stay in same district A city in different place of address.
what sort of documents i need to present as id proof - for claiming . i dont have aadhar and have driving license of city A where mother expired , when i lived together in 2003 and address not even changed till now.OR any need to identifcation letter from panchyat in charge stating my relation with photo fixed will do for purpose ?
