Hi, I reside in hyderabad and own a flat.in my apartment , we have fixed our AC in hall to the external wall. ours is 5 floor apartment. each floor consists of 4 flats,in which we reside in 1st floor. other flat owners in our apartment are objecting us to fix AC in our front corridor saying it is a common area. Is it objectable.and main thing is no owner from our floor is considering this, how can a first floor corridor be common area to other floors?Pls.suggetst me as per building law, can i fix our AC to our external area or not?

MY PARENTS FILE A CASE FOR CANCELATION OF RELEASE DEED . THE RELEASE DEED WAS REGISTED IN PRESENSE OF THESILDAR WITH PHOTOS OF MY MOTHER AND FATHER . THEY ARE LIVING WITH ME AND DAILY TRY TO FIGHT WITH US AND TRY TO FILE OTHER CASES. I HAVE RANUVTE COMPLETE BUILDING AND TAKEN RANUVATION LOAN . IT IS SHOP CUM HOUSE . AND THEY ARE TRY TO DISTRUBE MY BUSINESS. NOW PLEASE SUGGEST ME WHAT I HAVE TO DO . I HAVE ONLY TWO DAUGHTER AND BY DOING THIS THEY ARE TRY THROUGH ME AND MY FAMILY ON ROAD. Hello,
I have a question regarding buying a home. My mother-in-law has two son's and she wants to buy a 3bhk house on her name in Pune. She wants to sell her maternal home of Baroda and she wants to invest that money to buy a new home. But she is 64 years old and couldn't get any loan. So for that my husband will take the loan for the remaining amount to buy a 3 bhk house. It may be possible that he(my husband) has to sell his own 2bhk house in case to pay the loan in future. I am the 2nd owner of that 2 bhk house and the 1st owner is my husband.
So the case is my mother-in-law will raise the money and my husband will take a home loan to buy 3bhk house. My mother-in-law wants to be the first owner of that house and my husband will be the second owner. Then is it possible that my brother in law will claim for that 3bhk house in future which is owned by my mother in law and my husband?

Can some one allowed to change name of prodcut brand and sale with new own logo, Say any automobile product say CNG kit of XYZ and can i change this CNG kit name to ABC with new logo , can some one has to face legal problem, if face what are the remedies and how. And how to register

Complaint agaist society chairman
Dear sir.
I am the owner of the flat at 4th floor in mudit garden Chs at koparkhwrane. Navi mumbai.
Here the issue is vwry critical. The chairman of the society is the local dealer who is also residing in our society. I am having a stilt parking on my name. And now we have shifted to some other location . And given our flat on rent. Erlier tentent was not having vehical so this chaiman was using our parking without our permission. Now recently we have rented out to a man qho is worling in media. Now this chairman always block our parking way to give problems to our tanent. This is becuase that we have rentend the flat thru this chairman dealer.
Even some free space always ahead with his vehical to get his vehical 2 to 3 feet ahead. So our parking way is to be clearier. Kindly tell the way to deal or get compalint of the chairman who is an uneducated property dealer belongs to up. And get his flat like a business office. And always 4 to 5 gunda of UP reside with him
