Sir Myself Pintu Rai, i am law graduate. sir by mistake I was convicted under Indian Railway Act 1989 under section 143 of blackmailing of ticket ..? So My question is.. Can I obtain bar council certificate and practice under court.... ??? Kindly help me sir... Due to this case my life seems to be fade up... kindly sir help me... please.

A client of mine has 2 patent applications pending before the Indian Patent Office. They have both been inspected and published. Now just awaiting response from department for final inspection and issuance.
In the mean time, he has been approached by various companies for licensing the patent.
1. Can he take royalty on Patents which are pending issuance? Will they be eligible for deduction under 80RRB?
2. If patent is not issued or rejected at a later date what happens to the income earned till now? Does he have to pay retrospective tax on that?
3. As deduction is only 3L max. he is considering assigning one to his wife. That way she can license it out. Will she be eligible to avail 80RRB?
4. What is the applicability/impact of GST in Royalty?

Hi I am running a business who has one similar name.like my busines name is solution abc. And abc is the also company which is international famous and in India also.they file a court case against me in Delhi high court for using their name.and compensation also demanding.abc name is also using many firm in India why the company try to my business stop.any one guide me what i do urgent

Dear sir,
My dad has taken loan of amount 28 lakh on 1994 and has kept mortage on my grandfather property .But due to loss in business he can repay 10 lakh near on 1999
And after that the bank has sold property of our factory at 5 lacks on 2003.
On that time there was loan about 78 lakh including interest.He was not in position to repay loan.
But now the bank has done approx 8 crs and they have in court that they will sell my grandfather property which they have mortage.
Sir plz help .Our actual loan is near 14 lack.Can bank can do one time settlement if we clear principal amount..
Plz guide sir.

if husband and wife name is mentioned in the purchase agreement then does the wife has any right in the property
we both are divorced now but no where in the purchase deed it is mentioned that she is joint owner
in the divorce paper she has mentioned that she will not claim for any of my moveable or immoveable property

Does all the business credential transfer to its legal heie after his death if the legal heirs wants to continue the business by the legal heirs name in a case of sole proprietor

Dear all,
I have purchased a property(individual house)
bank BOM E-auction on 17th Aug 2017.
I have paid full amount(around 36 Lakhs) to bank as mentioned and has
recieved the sales certificate from the bank on october 2017.
Till date some of defaulter goods are lying at the premises.Bank officals failed to
give clear posession to till date for me.
Every week i am going to bank and enquiring the status, they simply dragging and not giving proper updates.
Its been past 6 months.
My questions is
1.In salescertificate why bank mentioned "handed over the possession of the scheduled
property,the sale of schedule property
was made clear free from all encumbrances known
to the secured creditro on deposit of the
entire amount of sale price"
2.If bank not resolving this issue,I will not take the property can i get any interest of the amount paid to the bank

Is probate grant mandatory
Purchasing a property,
Link doc shows ( unregistered will) property is inherited to two sons from thier father. Their father is no more..
But the will is neither registered nor notarized. Infact will is written on a plane paper dated 21/06/2011.
How to proceed is probate grant required?
