Housing Society

A Housing society alloted a land to a member thru sale deed and after 14 years this has been cancelled by the society based on the order received from Dy.Registrar of Co-operative society for not constructed a building by the memebr within stipulated period and also for maintenance charges not paid by the member. The society has formally sent notice thru registered post to the member and also published in the news paper before execution of cancellation of deed. Further, this property has been re-alloted to another member thru sale deed. My query is:
1) Whether Registrar, Co-operative society can issue a order to cancel the sale deed?
2) Cancellation deed executed by housing society is legally valid?
3) Who (1st member or 2nd member) has legal title on this property?

infringement of copyright

dear sir,
iam from the defence , a case is pending against my client in the trial court , as he has been accused of infringement of copyright in a literary work.. a chargesheet was filed before the trial court and there he was charged with section 68 of the copyright act.

my question is sir , is section 68 is sustainable or in other words is it applicable for the alleged offence. and moreover in the chargesheet the author of the book is not the complainant it is the police who has filed a complaint... as per the provisions of the copyright act the owner of the copyright is entitled to maintain a criminal action .
