Plz read this and reply on urgent basis
Dear Shri Rajkumar ji,
Recently a cheque has been in my favour against the sale of a property of my father in which I was the co-owner But when the above property in question was purchased by my father I was unemployed and did not invest any amount for purchasing the above property.
Kindly advice specifically if I have any legal right to claim the part of the saleable amount paid by the purchaser’s bank by way of cheque amount issued in my favor from my father since firstly I was unemployed and did not invest any amount when my father purchased the above property and secondly I was only a co-owner on papers only .
Can I initiate any legal action against my father as he is refusing to give my share of saleable amount paid by the purchaser’s bank by way of cheque in my favour on the ground of my being unemployed or not investing any amount at the time when the property was purchased by my father . Will I face any Income Tax related problem even if I get the amount form my father Plz treat this matter as urgent and kindly advice . Your co-operation & help in this matter will be appreciated

Sir,

The A/c payee cheque so issued bears the joint Account number with my mother. It has been learnt from my bank that the cheque amount which was issued has recently being transferred by my father into the joint account of his and my mother by making use of 2-3blank cheque which was issued by me and handed over to my father in good faith for making payments of premium receipt. Please note that even before transferring the said my father did not think fit to intimate me about the same. At presently I am not maintaining a good relation with my father.
Kindly advice if I have any legal right to claim the cheque amount issued in my favor from my father since firstly I was unemployed and did not invest any amount when my father purchased the above property and secondly I was only a co-owner on papers only . we have the gift deed registered of the plot in the court and we have the possession of the plot for past three years.now we go to court and ask for injuction of the plot against my uncle and my uncle broke the locks of the plot and tell in the court that he is submitted the house tax for past ten years but my uncle has some receipts of the house tax and he is also paying the house tax after the plot is gift deeded to us.as we didn't pay the house tax when we get the plot but now we get the house tax mutation on our name .So, sir please tell me who we will get the injuction of the plot and there is also probate case of will which is filed by my uncle in the court and my uncle has fraud unregistered will and we have registered will.

what are the rights of daughters under hindu succession act? what are the rights of childs of second legal wife under hindu succession act?as second wife come into existence after death of first?
there are two daughters from second wife and 1 son from first wife?both the wives dead.property is ancestral and self owened by father.father is also dead?please clear my concepts?waiting for replys from wise peoples.........

as my uncle submitted the fraud unregistered will in the court and in the will there is a property which is gift deeded by my grandmother to my father three years before the death of my grandmother in front of sub-registrar by paying the stamp duty and she also executed the registered will on the name of my father .in probate case my uncle made state as a party and the respected judge issued a letter to the sdm about the status of the plot and sdm refer this request to the tehsildar and tehsildar issued a letter to my uncle that he has to present in front of him original document s regarding the plot and we know that my uncle has the photostat copy of the old registry of the plot on the name of my grandmother.so i want to know that what will be the answer of the tehsildar about the plot .

Can an application praying for inter allia dismissal of the suit be made on the ground that the becoming becoming infracttous as the Patent in question shall expire on April 2011 An earliest is requested as the matter is urgent

WE ARE 6 SISTERS AND 4 BROTHERS DUE TO ILLNESS OF MY FATHER & MOTHER ONE OF MY BROTHER TAKE THUMB IMPRESSION OF MY MOTHER AND MAKE A WIL IN HIS FAVOUR AND NOW HE DOES NOT WANT DISCLOSE THE SAME TO US WHAT HE ACTUALLY WRITTEN IN THE WIL. AT PRESENT MY MOTHER AND FATHER IS ALIVE. WHAT TO DO NOW TO CANCELL THE SAME OR TO IGNORE THE SAME. WE DON'T KNOW WHETHER THE SAME IS REGISTERED OR NOT. PLEASE HELP US.

we have a plot and we have gift deed registered in front of sub-registrar and we paid the stamp duty. before the gift deed my grand mother was the owner of the property .my uncle doesn't know about all the gift deed and my uncle made a forged unregistered-will in the court for probate and now my claims in the court that the gift deed is forged and now you are requested to give us the right way.
