A document (deed) was registered in the office of Sub-Registrar, Delhi for immovable property. We've received the registered-original copy. But after receiving we found that property description written on e-Stamp Paper is wrong. However its just one letter. It shows B instead of D for block. My agent said he will get it corrected by getting a correction letter from the e-Stamp paper issuing agency. but its been now more than 2 weeks, hes just lingering on and this is making all of us crazy.
Could someone please suggest me what can we do now to make it correct after it has been registered in the office of Sub-Registrar, Delhi.

Dear Friends
A immovable property has been purchased in the year 1991 by a registered deed of sale and in the said deed of sale Vendor had been represented by a General Power of Attorney holder and the age of the said GPA during the deed of sale was 58 years and as on today he is no more. Original of the said GPA has been lost and not traceable. Now the then purchaser of the property want to sell the property to intending purchaser and the said purchaser now asking for a original of the said GPA. How to resolve this issue? Is there any rulings on the said subject matter?

In case of award of arbitration in a construction contract what is the stamp duty payable with respect to award value. If the award is on a lesser value stamp paper, how to increase the value of the stamp duty to the appropriate value and what is the time period fixed for such an upgrading prescribed if any.

In case of an educational Institute, a tea/coffee kiosk is given on rent on annual basis.The selection of vendor is done through tendering process and rent amount Rs.8000 approx. is paid every month by vendor to the Institute.
My query is:
1 Can we simply issue a work order with usual terms of conditions of paying rent of a fixed amount with in first week of every month and selling tea/ coffee at the predetermined price.one of conditions include that the vendor shall ensure that no disturbance/ damage is caused to the Institute during the course of their operation.
OR
We should enter into an agreement in an stamp paper.
2 What are the implilcations in the above mentioned two cases.

whether joint affidavit/declaration by two persons on a single (10 Rs. stamp paper ) affidavit sworn before executive magistrate is valid or not.

The format of affidavit required to prove nil income of wife for MHADA is in marathi. Is it also available in English?

My mother had a unmarried sister who exppired last year.now my uncle and my mother are legal heir as she holds the property adn we need to claim.
we have applied for legal heir but they are asking for ration cad which we do not have .please advise.
