What is the difference between various such agreements in the state of Haryana.I want to ensure that tenant will peacefully vacate the property after agreed period.

I am going to a purchase agricultures land . I have been paid ¼ token amount to broker. My broker have a sale deed agreement with owner . After sale deed agreement Tahsildar refused to enter his (broker)into 7/12 documenting stating oral comments that the same land belongs trust. But broker have attached NOC of charity commissioner with sale deed. Also owner win the case against trust accordingly the record of 6A register shows the removal of name of trust as per award charity commissioner in 1972.Can I do sale deed agreement with broker without 7/12 document & fight legally to enter my name in 7/12 register? Is it valid procedure ? Broker is ready to sale deed on my name. Please suggest me what to do .Any have I interested to purchase land because it is nearby to me.

How does it matter if the testator signs in Hindi while his / her Will is type written in English, while being duly registered.
Why is it necessary to wait for the probate even for Delhi properties being in the estate comprising of other properties in other metros?
Why can't the Bar Association or Bar Council suggest / recommend doing away with requirement of probate so as to bring the law at par as prevalent in smaller cities and towns, at least for registered Wills to save our judiciary from over-piling of Petitions?
Any aggrieved person can always take legal recourse to assert his claim and number of such suits may be only a fraction of the total probate cases pending / adding on in Indian Courts..

A contract document executed between a Chief Engineer of Govt. of Andhra Pradesh department and a Civil Contractor for execution of certain work on BOQ (bill of quantities) basis on Rs. 100/- Non-judicial stamp paper. But "articles of agreement" was not typed on the Stamp paper but some other matter like the details of the work are typed on in. The "articles of agreement" was included in the agreement but not typed on Stamp paper.
Whether the agreement is valid and any legal complications are involved in the agreement.
